Weak characters among drug users do fall into drug abuse, and saving people from going to hell for drug abuse might be God's intention behind allowing drug prohibition. However, as the rebellion against drug prohibition is growing in popularity, ending drug prohibition might be the only way to save all those masses of rebels from going to hell for illegal drug use. I think that ending drug prohibition would save far more drug users from going to hell than what maintaining drug prohibition would.
@tennesseeboy1 ~ I believe that God's spirit calls everyone to become Christian, and both to be immoderate in using intoxicants and to break the law by using drugs illegally is grave sinnig that can lead to hell. Since there are far more people who use drugs illegally compared to the number of those who both use drugs illegally and are immoderate in using drugs, I estimate that ending drug prohibition would save far more people from going to hell than what maintaining drug prohibition would do.
As a mexican an taking in count that this country is suffering directly the effects of ''war on drugs'' which is a false flag war, i couldn´t agree more with this guy, definitely drug´s legalization is the best option a mature and modern society could choose.
Mexico is a drug producer, so we need people in the USA to start moving and put an end to prohibition, so we can make our part too and make use and transprt of drug to the USA legal, this will take Mexico to the first world really fast.
Russ Jones is awesome. He is so right. This is what I have been telling people. The reason why people dont want to end the war on drugs is because they feel like its gonna be a buffet of drugs everywhere in the USA. The think USA citizens are just gonna pick up their drug of choice n do it anywhere n everywhere n were gonna see everyone of all ages completely addicted hardcore drugs. People get over your fear, its not gonna be like this at all.
@BGBailen "I look forward to the day when I can sit on my front porch and smoke a joint in peace. It's coming soon, I know it." Youre Missing the point bro. Thats the kind of thinking that is keeping people from legalizing drugs ending prohibition. We dont want to hear those types of comments. Barack Hussein Obama is a FRAUD.
The reason drugs are illegal is, The CIA is a drug runner, limit the supply drive the price up. Also they can intercept them ang deliver them to the bankers.
it's good 2 see that someone like THIS guy stand up and fight for this prohibition to end.. but, i don't know if he has thought all the way through, cus if u can only get drugs (i'd like to think of cannabis as a herb, a good plant) on prescription, there will still be a damn black market. Most of the people who smoke do it 4 the purpose of getting high... now if they're not granted a license to buy weed, they will buy it from criminals... back 2 square 1 ! FULL LEGALIZATION AND COFFESHOPS ! :)
This Guy is 100% correct! So much money going to a lost cause... We can make this Work in our favor instead of trying to fight it! nice Video! Thanks for sharing!
@yourmomlied69 Nixon should have known better in the first place. All we need to do is look back to prohibition to know that prohibition doesn't work. I think it was really about the protests, not so much the drugs. Nixon thought that the drugs were behind the Vietnam protest, but it was really the fact there were just so many young people.
@christo930 I hear ya man and i know where your coming from. But im afraid it was never that simple, he really didn't have the power to do much. Our government is a very complex thing and runs off politics and bottom lines and unfortunately the bottom line is the war on drugs keeps some people employed and keeps the machine going. I personally cant hold it against him, regardless of my hate for that organization
He was very subtle there at the end but I'm glad he pointed out how due to the immoral situation that allows for some people to be above the law we often wind up with heads of state who are themsevles addicts.
the drug companies must be stopped from deciding who neads their producys eg at the moment 2/3rds of children in care homes are given ritolin THE WORK OF THE DEVIL

@ahamatmabrahman You probably do not anything about babies who where born as an adicts to morfin or something else. Or a little girl borned squizofrenic all ready.
Those drugs in the cabinets are part of the problem too. If they'r doctor prescibe them it doesn't mean they'r not harmfull. Legal drugs are asdangerous or even more dangerous than the pot.
@bebetodo11 why would you yhink that I know nothing about the social and physical effects of drug addiction You also assume that I know nothing about Alopathy
BEFORE ANYONE MAKES STUPOD COMMENTS. Just think about this. 1. The mexican drug cartels are so highly trained and highly equiped, thanks to: ISRAEL, COLOMBIA, AND SPECIAL THANKS TO THE U.S.A. Thanks for the supply and train. 2. Our mexican gorvernment is corrupt as fuck, BUT NOT JUST US. THE UNITED STATED SIDE OF THE BORDER IS CORRUPT TOO. or else it would not be so easy to pass that many drugs. 3. If you call mexicans potheads. Meth heads. Coke addicts. Vicious killers. Just think of who buys
@MICHOAK47 Better still think who would take over I noticed that in The US they are talking about legalizing pot, I was disgusted to see how the media made it sound like selling pot is criminal so the government will sell it so that it isnt criminal any more
If some body rapes your mom or your doughter??? Just smoke mariguana and you'll forget about it...
Well... you probalily do not care about them because they are all ready squizofrenic and/or prostitutes because too much cocaine and/or crystal and they sell their body to get it.
the only way to stop the cartels is take away there money. They get 75% of there money from marijuana. Legalize it and they will go broke. They also sell other drugs but not that many people use hard drugs. LOTS OF PEOPLE SMOKE MARIJUANA.
Cannabis is safe and harmless untill made illegal than anyone can get rich from planting a few seeds using the money to buy guns and even hard drugs to push on people. Legalize it now

@ElMichoacano831 They pump drugs into our cities that lead to the deaths of thousands of americans. You want to know why were sending guns into mexico because you owe us for all the people who have died from drugs in the US, more mexicans in the grave. Have you ever been hit with a rock? Or had one smashed into your head, theat kid that was killed is just one of many. More of you little brown pieces of shit are going to die. The drug cartels are pawns used by the US for population control haha.
@SerialKiff3r This video was uploaded twice because the first video title: Former Narcotics Detective Russ Jones on: “The War on Drugs,” . . . did not explain what this film was truly about. Many people were passing over this amazing film because of the, (first) rather vague title.
@SerialKiff3r You make a good point--and thank you. Short answer: To prevent confusion.
The reason it is not being re-named is because the first title is embedded many places that deal specifically with the, “Drug War,” in general. For many, it is difficult enough trying to understand the most elementary facts regarding the, ‘War on Drugs," let alone how this is going to kill the Drug Cartels. Also, this second title targets an entirely different & unique crowd.
Does the tittle really matter? I mean, so what if its embedded on many drug war related sites, the video is'nt off topic... I have gone to several sites and many of the video titles dont specifically say this video is about the war on drugs... But you can tell from the websites description, and the various other embedded videos, that each video is about the war on drugs... But do what you want... Another thing, how are you able to upload an almost 30 min video?
@SerialKiff3r Again you make thoughtful & intelligent comments. Thank you. Actually, the title makes a huge difference. Let me give you one example … in the region in which I live, the population is predominantly hispanic, and many have family in Mexico. Many of them are my friends, and I know them intimately. They are terribly troubled not only by the horrors in their country, but many do not know what the solution is, or if one even exists. *** (Continued on next post) ***
@SerialKiff3r (continued) … Worse still, some of my hispanic friends are quietly angry at the general non-response from, (white), Americans regarding the cause of the horrors in Mexico--American’s insatiable demand for drugs.
When an extremely distinguished former law enforcement person, Russ Jones, eloquently states that we, via America’s 40 year drug prohibition failure, are the direct cause for the bloodbath & terrors in Mexico, my hispanic friends could not believe the honesty.
How was I able to upload an almost 30 min video? That’s a damn good question. I emailed YouTube a while back and pleaded with them to allow this--tremendous effort had been put in to this film and at great cost. I respectfully communicated this. Apparently, they allowed me to upload a 30 min video for a very short period. As of now, I am not being allowed to upload a 30 min video.

Tobacco - 435,000
Alcohol - 85,000
All Illicit Drugs - 17,000(That's actually shocking, tbh. I would've thought higher)
Marijuana - 0
God I love it. I look forward to the day when I can sit on my front porch and smoke a joint in peace. It's coming soon, I know it.
