Too bad he's not a point guard. He has all the tools to be a great one, but he is definitely, no doubt a shooting guard. Doesn't have the passing mentality. Never did in Portland, my team. His scoring instincts are great, but obviously, they weren't what was wanted as he was traded for to be Portland's future point guard. I hope the best for him in Toronto, but it should at least be known that he is the cause of his being traded, not lack of minutes.

@808burgers that maybe somewhat tru...but a lot of players come into the league like that....russell westbrook is a perfect example....with discipline and playing time i think bayless can be a star....its not like he doesnt have good floor vision...when u see him he makes a lot passes that u wouldnt expect from a "combo guard"....i just think he needs to go to a team that has confidence in him and would start him even after a poor game
