Mount Athos is nothing like the Vatican. Mount Athos is purely Monastic and these good servants of Christ are the real deal.

i found this out from my mother that the preists and monks tried to sell the land on athos
this is holy land
this is like the vatican to the greeks
but somehow the preists only care about what they get in their pockets
