I just watched the revie you did on the blackberry tour, and I just need to ask, have you ever used a blackberry in you life? The thing about hlthe back, ok, but wiping the phone with the wrong password, the SMS, and just about everything else. These are all things that a blackberry has had sinc day 1 of being in production. So stop wining and learn how the real world works

just letting you know if you look at the setting in the sms messages you can change the convo style messaging to 50 messages per a text instead of 7. just letting you know. also all blackberrys reset your phone if you put in the wrong password and also you can just take out the battery if you really forget your password.

The pass code wipe is optional and you can set the number of bad codes before it wipes. You can set it from 3 to 10 attempts under options>security>general settings. Also, the convo thread can be increased in options>Sms text. On my pearl it goes up to 50.

i had one and i took it back the next day . so i went and got the curve 8330 the best .the only good thing on the tour is the camera. and is hard to type put it this way when i took the tour back thy told me alot of people r bringin them back . ..and thy told me the curv is the best of blackberry

u shouldn't have put the lock code on...or at least set the attempts to 10...you can also change the alarm settings...it helps to pay attention to whats in the menus....and to remember your password...and to not be a slob w/ your phone....so pretty much you're returning it because the phone is smarter than you

Will Say this.. I returned my Blackberry storm due to it being harder to operate Since it was slow. (i had a dare previously) I got the Tour and love it.. I set a song by Fenix TX for my Alarm and its loud enough to wake me... this kid knows nothing.

Sad. I just got the Sprint Tour for $50.00. Your review or overview is very poor. I could basically give an answer to all your problems. Here is one example. The alarm clock ring can be change and made louder through options.
