@bigadrian100 wtf is an M1 License? here's the laws broken down man: anything 50cc and over requires a Motorcycle Endorsement on your current drivers license. you don't need to go to any kind of school to get it either (you SHOULD go to a training course of somekind though) all you have to do is pass a written test, and a road test at your local DMV, pay the endorsement fee, and you can legally ride a motorcycle of ANY size.
Scooters are gay well ok maybe not gay cos i pretty much rode one around Vietnam and Laos for 2 months it was the only thing i could affored but well i dunno Motorbikes vs Scooters are like Jocks vs Nerds everyones got a side

The general rule is anything 50cc and over requires a Motorcycle License to ride on the road, i've had mine for years, the Reflex is considered a Highway Legal Scooter and is no longer manufactured by Honda, i no longer have my 05 Reflex Sport. i was in a nasty crash last year, my front brake rotor cracked and caused the accident, i suggest to anyone that owns a Reflex to get your rotors checked. it was a GREAT bike though.

you need to have a M1 lic for that type of bike for a 260cc you have to go to school to get your lic to drive motorcycle lic for that type of bike!
