  • how is the accuracy with the surplus ammo.

  • @ICWWEVERYDAY I really dont see a difference but a slight faster drop rate than the american eagle rounds

  • Looks like your playing "Dodge the scope" try to follow through even just 2 seconds after. JMHO.

  • How many targets did you hit?

  • @524EagleEye7594 2 it was 1 at 300 yards and the 2nd at 600 yard

  • 20 in bbl? i have the same gun i get 1 1/2 inch at 200 yds with 180 gr winchester power point not bad for factory ammo

  • is that custom painted? is it digital camo? if not custom where is that scope from?

  • You take your head of the stock too quickly man. Not good for accuracy - follow through!

  • Sorry, my bad. I was thinking of a 6,5 x 55 regarding the kick og my .308 with muzzelbreak.

  • Just a tip.. Try getting a muzzelbreak, looks like it is pounding you, I got a Howa 1500 with a B&C stock and a Muzzelbreak from Roedale precision, it kicks no more than a .270

  • Well Im Getting A Remington 700 Later And Im Gonna Wait For That So I can Upgrade That The Howa Is Good How It is I Dont Mind The Recoil

  • it doesnt look like recoil as much as bipod hop

  • Doesnt a .270 have more kick than a .308?

  • @detectiveinspekta Well .270 is a lightweight bullet with a better trajectory and accuracy since it less recoil and 308 is heavier with means the drop of bullet over a length of maybe 400 yds is a big difference. Depending on how many grains are in each bullet it can change but i would say .270 has a stronger recoil

  • @jacrx17 a 270 dosent have better accuracy than the 308. the 308 is used in 1000 yard match for a resin. the 270 is a necked down 30-06 which has a long powder column and has been shown to have an un-consistent un-uniform ignition upon firing. 308s are used because of the short fat case and have a more gentle push on the bullet with a faster burn rate. which is why the 308 has about the same ballistics performance as the larger 30-06. 308s also hold the record for the most sniper kills

  • 20" barrel? Sticky bolt?

  • Yeah 20" barrel. The Bolt Isnt Sticky Its Just The Ammo I Was Using Was Surplus And A bit Hard To Remove After A Couple Shots. If I Use Remington or Winchester This Doesnt Happen

  • nice shooting been there done that same rifle check out my vid.
