No, kids didn't watch this. It was just the voice actors having some fun. It only aired years later on an anniversary special and as a DVD extra. Besides, back then, cartoons weren't just made for kids. Looney Tunes had plenty of more adult oriented cartoons as well.

Oh come on. Were people ever this uptight, even back when this cartoon was made? Porky didn't even swear. They just made it sound like he was about to. And because it was an era when most men beat their children and wives, I'm sure the word bitch was a common household word for 90% of American families. @Yonkage Well, it being two years ago, I can't quite remember except that it was a response to some form of debate of how spanking was abuse. And yes, the two can overlap, but that's when spanking turns to beating. Like I said there's a difference. Spanking is done entirely for discipline and is a short process. Beating, however, doesn't require reason and can draw its reasoning from just the hatefulness of the abuser. Also, in my household, spanking was only three smacks done by hand or paddle.
