Whenever I watch this film the bit with the snipers Gordon and Shughart just gets me every time, the were actually the only two to be awarded the medal of honour in that whole military campaign and deservedly so.

What scares me is that my dad, if he hadn't been shot during his time in the Army, he would've been in the exact same shit as all those guys did. He says he would've loved to, as he knew some of the guys that were in there like Eversman, Twombly, and a few others who I can't recall at the moment, however I am so fucking glad he didn't. @SpreadingTheTruth88 9/11 was not an inside job. We are in Afghanistan because 9/11 was the last straw. 1993 WTC Truck Bombing, 1998 Embassy Bombings, 2000 USS Cole Bombing. The US will not go into Africa because the AU and the UN have claimed responsibility for bringing peace to the continent, and we are going to allow them to take care of the situation. As for Vietnam and Japan, those where casualties taken in a time of open, declared war between the two countries. Sad, but different.
