  • The Game And Watch Collection Game For DS Is Here In America To

  • I proudly own Mario's Cement Factory.

  • The game and watch is really cool! Only down side is that there is only one game per game and watch. So its like they released more than one system with the game and watch.

  • @golfclub2 ummm..... wtf is wrong with you?!

  • I have eaten one of those game and watches before. It took me months to eat a hole one. I had to nibble my way through the plastic. I washed most of it down with water. I feld really proud when I did it. I also chocked and gagged on the stand as I didnt know it was there. Bloody stand nearly killing me. I should of sued nintendo for it.

  • I have eaten one of those game and watches before. It took me months to eat a hole one. I had to nibble my way through the plastic. I washed most of it down with water. I feld really proud when I did it.

  • I REMEMBER THESE I HAD A MILLION OF THESE

  • I own a mikey mouse ds style game and watch

  • I had that Donkey Kong arcade one.

Dropped it down the fucking stairs and it died on me.

I was too young to know how rare and awesome they'd be in the future. Damn.

  • Fire Attack is amazing looking! That black overlay with the stripes is sweet. Thats probably my favorite thing about these G&W. They are super slim and usually have great colors with usually a really nice background to give you a pretty good LCD experience. The two players are extra slick, especilly the sea green DKIII. I'm such a dork...

  • I have a Mario Cement Factory and I play it ever other week!!! I even have a sweet light blue (arcade color) Mario platformer, its so awesome, suprised no one has ported it to a phone or something. Same thing with MCF!

  • wow!!! thanks for the video

  • Such great stuff. I'm always so envious you have the opportunity to play these systems and handhelds. Most of this stuff I will never get my hands on even once. What I wouldn't give for a Table Top Arcade or a Nintendo Game & Watch.

  • My cousin had that Donkey Kong game, and I thought it was awesome. I was extremely jealous of him when I was little.

  • Wonder if there actually were a real pong handheld system..

  • @8AngelBlood8 it was the first nintendo system

  • I once had a super mario world Game-Watch. It was so awsome and it even had a earphone jack too! Interestingly, written at the top was "Super Mario Bros. 4".

  • 5:40 it was released in the US and UK as well

  • I used to have a bunch of Tiger hand held games. It's been 20 years since I had 'em but the Wrestling one was fun! Maybe the best one I played? There was another I had that was real fun but can't remember.

  • I used to have those "mini-arcade" games, like the Donkey Kong one you have there. I had that one, the Pac-Man one, and one other I forget. My friend had the cement factory thing.

  • Great video! You do *really* need to work on your editing skills, as you have speech from one segment overlapping the speech of the next segment, and it sounds quite crazy. The video is great, and the flaw I pointed out hardly detracts from it, but I'd make a point of learning your cross-fades :-)

Thanks for sharing this - great memories!

  • Is it just me or does the pac man game look like a yellow power ranger? haha

  • ive got the game and watch where mario and luigi have to deliver packages... is that rare?

  • I could be way off base here but I used to own a certain handheld game, I want to say that it was an Entex Space Invaders unit, my memory is fuzzy but it was either that one or a very similar one. It was quite cool, almost like a mechanical gameboy.

  • MARIO'S CEMENT FACTORY! OMG! I was looking for this title! I stole this from a K-Mart as a kid & my mom about beat my ass!

Thank you for this reminder! Now I can actually BUY it!

  • I remember having a weird game when I was a kid, it looked like a gameboy, but it had a knob on the side that you screwed the game up with, then your spaceship went through a stage on a scrolling background that was filled with holes. If you touched a hole the game stopped and sent you back to the beginning.

  • 6:44 the microvision was the handheld that ispired nintendo to make the gb i think

  • I like watching your videos, and I've been going through the list of them. I really hope that you have a tripod by now though, haha.

  • i have marios cement factory sumwhere how much would it be worth if i was to put it on ebay

  • i still have my donkey kong mini to this day since i was 8 or 9 i am now 33

  • my mom had both manhole and juggle but she threw them away :(

  • now they made a pinball game and watch reproduction in japan for club nintendo

  • ну погоди у него нету

  • ive got the mario and donkey kong handhelds if anyone would like to buy one :)

  • Woaaahh!!! That donkey kong handheld is badass!

  • the last game and watch was mario the juggler and mario's cement factory is on dsi ware

  • Just checked the price of that zelda watch you own on ebay. Most of those watches go for $125 used.

  • i have two mini classic game and watch how much are they worth

  • awesome video, gameboy was a big leap forward compared to those

  • dude can I have your table top and game and watches

  • I am also a grown up ass man now. But I also used to play with the Nintendo Game and Watches. I think they are the best out of the series. Back in the eighties as I kid I remember playing with Oil Panic, Plane and tank battle and I also remember Fire Attack you just showed. On a second hand market in Rotterdam (Netherlands) I bought the orange Donkey Kong double layer for 1 euro three years ago. It is still working and I am definately happy with this treasure. Keep up the good work.

  • @hestabaina Great find with the DK dual screen G&W!

  • @hestabaina wow how is is that possible that your a grown up ass man i mean you literlay like a grown up ass and your a man ass i mean thats strange but hey whatevere man

  • lcd games make me quesy =(

  • I just picked up one called "oil panic" which I can't use because it doesn't have batteries :(

  • I own a Donky Kong game watch how much do you think they are worth?

  • @thedoyle1

It's hard to say but some DK G&W sell for over $100.

  • Awesome video man. I would love to have a couple of those in my collection. Mainly, I would love to have one on my desk to use as a clock. That would be really hardcore.

  • I got my Game & Watch (Mario's Cement Factory) a few days ago.

Traded it for a loose GBA.

    Perfect trade.

  • How much would one of these cost me?

  • Hard to know. I recommend going to ebay and doing a search. That will give you a clear idea.

  • Allright i will im looking on getting any game and watch model and the galaxian tabletop arcade from coleco thanks for the reply.

  • I completely forgot until I watched this video that I used to have a Zelda watch too. God knows what happened to it.

  • Used to have Fire Attack as a kid.... still remember it very well. Cool game.

Also used to have some other ones... Zelda, some Donkey Kong ones and such.

Anyway, I've been watching a lot of your videos, really good stuff! Just discovered your channel and been watching videos like crazy today.

  • this reminds me of the ones i got. i got the mario cement facotry and the dual screen legend of zelda game and watch. great memories and many hours of game play with those. wish i had tried the zelda wrist watch one though

  • your videos are sweat i wish i had any one of your systems

  • Who doesn't? :D

  • Your videos are awesome!

  • Hey thanks for the compliment.

  • great vid man. I have donkey kong jr....had it since i was a kid. i would love to get more of those. ive never seen those multiplayer ones they look cool as hell

  • Wow! Nice video and overview of these devices. Definitely don't see much coverage of these, probably because they just wouldn't be very exciting via emulation. I had one called "Turtles" that was two player and looked a bit like a table/cocktail cabinet. My sister and I played the heck out of it back in the day. :)

  • Very nice! I love those old vacuum fluorescent displays.

  • I always wanted to get my hands on a few G&W games. And you should do Your review of the Action 52 :) lol

  • I have the Mrs.Pacman coleco table top(also since my childhood). One day I hope to collect them all. I also had that Zelda watch but I don't know what happened to it.

  • I posted video from the portland retro gaming expo,, check it out..

  • If you can tell me, what is that that silver thing that says Panasonic?

  • If I'm not mistaken, that's a Japan-only version of the gamecube that could play dvds.

  • It's called the Panasonic Q, it can play NTSC-J DVDs, as well as standard GC games.

  • Yeah they're correct it's the Panasonic Q. It's really cool looking system. I'll do a review over it soon.

  • pls gamester review the panasonic Q thing looks wicked awesome

  • Cool by any chance is it rare like everything else that cool.

  • cool!

  • nice vids, mt aunt has the table top of donkey kong but wont let me have it. I have marios cement factory and donkey kong jr of the game and watches

  • Dude! You have the most unique, awesome stuff I've ever seen. Haha. Freakin' awesome.

  • Very cool stuff!

  • I had something very similar to that donkey kong 1 but it was space invaders think it was fair bit older as well ive no idea who made it though

  • Great collection and i seriously mean it.

    That boxing game looks cool

  • The DS Game & Watch collection is a club nintendo exclusive and costs 800 club points to get. I haven't gotten it yet, but plan to when I get to 800 points.

  • Sadly, they removed that.

  • Really? The bastards. Oh well, I wasn't gonna play it anyway.

  • Cool!! I've not heard of Micro Vs. System before!!! Thanks for the info man.. That's a really neat G&W that I'd like to get my hands on... :D

  • MR.GAME AND WATCH!!!!1!!!

  • I just picked up a dual screen Donkey Kong one and I like it a lot. I was going to do a review but you stole my thunder! jk. Great stuff, that Donkey Kong tabletop looks awesome.

  • I had a Game&Watch dual screen DonkeyKong game but I didn't like it. I did sell it to a friend at a very cheap price.

I still have 2 Game&Watch games, one is a dual screen game featuring 3 Disney chacarters as firemen, and the other one is a single screen parachute game.

    You've a cool collection! Amazing!

  • Cool game and watch collection. I remember wanting both those and those coleco table tops when I was young. My cousin had one of the table tops but I don't remember what one. Check out Crasherbad64's latest video he has the Club Nintendo DS Game and Watch collection.

  • neat

  • I think I had that Game & Watch system... But the coolest Game & Watch game I had was on a wristwatch.

  • Awesome! I never saw those two player ones before. Something about the Game N Watch systems just seems too damn cool.

  • I use to have the pacman mini arcade , wish I didnt get rid of it

  • i had that game and watch game when i was little, too bad i lost em :(

  • I'm pretty sure you can buy the game and watch collection on the ds in America too from the nintendo club.

  • Amazing reviews as always. The ones you showed with the attached controllers are very cool. This vid reminded me that maybe I should show off my Tiger handhelds collection. Thanks John. 5 stars.

  • Awesome Video John!! I only had 1 Game and Watch game and lost it way back in 1988, I had a airplane type Game and Watch game, not sure of the title.

  • Ah ok i see. how awesome ^^

  • Great video matey - i've got the dual screen Donkey Kong GW :)

  • Quite a decent pacman version, the only weird thing about it is that you can only 'eat' the pills when you move to the left.

  • yeah I have fo rnintendo DSI Nintendo Game & Watch colletion 1 and 2

  • i used to have climber for game and watch,i loved that game

  • At the end of your intro there is a pic of a Panasonic unit. What is that? I remember it being marketed here in Sweden when i where around 12-13 years old (maybe younger dunno). I liked the look of it but i never found one in any stores so i forgot about it :P

  • Darn you beat me to it!

I recently found my old game & watch and was going to include it in my next video! That won't stop me though... haha

  • I've never owned a Game and Watch. But I have a current gen Game and Watch, aka: DS. Awesome video man. I really like that Pac-man handheld and the Donkey Kong mini arcade.

  • Nice vid as always

  • Cool vid. I remember having a space invaders watch as a kid, that you could play the game on, not sure who made it though!

  • I thought it was kind of funny when you watched us punch-out with you trying to use the small controller :)

    Keep it up !

  • whats with the aspect ratio?

  • Yeah for some reason my vids started having borders and I can't figure out why. It's really starting to frustrate me. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix it?

  • nope.... if you are using sony vegas, try zooming the video and make sure your video aspect ratio is 16:9 [widescreen]

for HD use 1280x720 resolution, 30fps,3000kbps

    for HQ use 640x360 resolution,30fps,1500kbps

  • Man..I remember those 2 player G&Ws,almost forgot they ever existed...First time I see those in ages.

  • Awesome! I'm actually about to upload a Micro VS System video myself!

  • I've been giving serious thought to starting a G&W collection. Only thing putting me off is the AES type prices of some of the games.

  • Great Video!!! your collection is incredible

  • i remember i had a game n watch game i forget which one it was great video man
