I'm going to tell her what I believe and I'm going to teach her about all the religions out there as what some other people believe. I look forward to many discussions with her about how I arrived at my lack of religion. Ultimately of course she believes what she believes. :D

I don't think religion is very likely without indoctrination.

Excellent! We are doing the same thing with our son. We have presented him with some of the christian beliefs in a non-biased manner, and being free to form his own perception of it all, he sees right through the bullshit. :oP

My wife is a believer but so far I've been able to shield my daughter from any indoctrination. She's nine and just today we told her if you have questions about a world in which there's a god ask your mom if you have questions about one without a god ask your dad (my wife is open-minded). Fortunately I've used her interest in the natural world to teach her critical thinking. She gets nearly perfect grades in science math and reading. Anyway, congratulations!
