The Cap & Trade scam is a distraction to rile up Reactionaries. Al Gore had a MEETING with Enron's Ken Lay and DISCUSSED the Cap & Trade. That's it. There is no proof of anything else. This guilt by association BS is just another wannabe talking point by Republicans who were actually working in Enron.(Dick Cheney)

He also said he invented the internet. Why isn't it relevant to discuss what Gore personally stands to gain from a 'Global Warming' theory that is not only un-provable, but is still being studied? Why take a fringe environmentalist's word for it? Gore doesn't know what the future holds, to believe that he does would be equivilant to joining David Koresh's cult. Don't do it, just do what you can do to keep the earth clean and take Gore with a grain of salt.

He, & his mentor Roger Revelle engaged in this research over 35 years ago, & have been working on it ever since. In fact Revelle has been doing it since the 50's until he died in 91. Gore won a Noble Prize for his work in this field. Your "Alliance for Climate Protection" #'er are off. Al Gore is claiming to know the unknowable. Period. Yasser Arafat also won a peace prize and he was responsible for launching the intifada. Your adherence to the liberal agenda and not looking at whats going on will lead to cap and trade - a $3000 tax hike for each house hold, all based on unknowable bullshit. I clean up well after camping, ride my bike to work, and use paper towels til their saturated but all in the name of cleaning up and not using too much, not because I fear the apocalypse.

This non-profit Gore is supposedly dumping his money into...he doesn't by any chance run it and get a person benefit from it, does he? There should be a thorough investigation that "follows the money" and investigates all conflicts of interest before this discussion is put to rest.

Gore is an opportunist money making liar. He started working on global warming in 2003 after he lost the election and had no political future. He is doing very well off this whole smoke and screen socialist agenda. Proud that he is making money? I thought he just said he wasn't making any money?
