With that said, you took what he said out of context. He meant that he was waiting for them to wreck and then have an F450 (which are often used as tow trucks) come "clean them up". There would be no chasing involved. But just to throw it out there, there are plenty of ford lightnings and harleys running under 10 second 1/4 miles.
