How are you now? Are you still coughing? I've been coughing for a month and am awaiting dx. In the meantime it is totally wearing me out.

I'm fine, now. It wasn't until October that it completely went away, but I'm finally 100%. Good luck, and stay strong. It's a long cold, and it will wear you out, but you can make it!

Unfortunately, this won't be of help to you, but there's a "booster" vaccine called Adacel for teens and adults to protect against WC. Even if you're vaccinated as a child it can wear off over time.Hope you get better soon.

Thanks! I actually had the vaccine as a baby, but never got the booster as a teen. The good thing, though, is that this is like the chicken pox. Once I am over it, I will never get it again!
