It appears that he is using EMC2 it is based on Ubuntu Linux and is available for download without charge. Download the cd image and burn it to a disk and you can boot it without modification to your computer.
I don't undertand so clear the step and direction ,, i see it to the stepper motor driver ,can u make a video < about explaneing the parts connections and how it works. X Y Z what is next after xyz ..i see other cnc have a another connection and more terminal .. Just a few day my cNc will be complete. i hope it will be fine..

i can tell he used a pin driver upgrade kit ontop of a 10pin i'm pretty sure i cant really tell but you did it with a axis modual, i'm pretty sure... sooo yeah!!
I think these motors have different speeds, depending on how fast the pulses come to them. I also think they have less torque on higher speeds, and vice-versa.

how do you connect the Motor> i know I has 6 wires And the controller is only 4 terminal ?

The stepper motor is direct to the controller
and the motor is supply about 12v.. the connection i see direct to controller DB25>
