Well, I say he's a fraud and a liar. He was definitely born in Kenya and isn't qualified to be President, and Columbia University (where he claims to have been a professor) denies his claim as fraudulent. He isn't any kind of a scholar. The media are desperate to hide these facts and will not report on them, but the truth will out.

Yes, he was born in Kenya then traveled back in time to have his birth announcement printed in the local paper.

He went to Columbia University, but was a professor at University of Chicago Law School (albeit not a tenured one).

I don't think it would because it falls under this clause Title 8 of the U.S. Code as it relates to the 14th amendment.
