That's because the shirts were in the "pre-order" faze through the 30th. They weren't actually printed until after then. They should be printed and ready to ship within a day or two now, though, I think.

This is because the site needs to know how many shirts they can expect to be sold so they don't overprint and end up with a ton of extra shirts no one is buying.

A lot of work goes into writing, recording, and video editing. These episodes don't exactly come out of thin air. It takes him a long time to make each episode of ATAS, which is why they take a while to come out. Everyone on youtube also has a life outside of the internet, and sometimes outside things take priority. Save your criticism.

Ever seen those Big Dog shirts? You know, the ones that basically take any property and put dogs in them instead of people and make money of their shirts? That's leagues closer to copyright infringement than these shirts. These shirts are obvious parodies that don't use the source material.
