actually america just never got the rigths to dub the season... not because of the starlights... naw... America just would have probably done what i heard Italy did with them... make the starlights the three lights "twin sisters". However that works...
this is the last season and those are the sailor stars i was confused the first time i seen them to but u should watch this season its really good (sailor moon stars) and o course the main characters are in it ^_^
