  • Did you put it on the curved surface of the board? or over the fLat one?

  • When you buy a gopro they come with adhesive mounts! There pretty strong and I havnt had one come off my snowboard or surfboard!

  • I mounted my GoPro with screws directly on to the board.

It’s tears up the board a little bit but you don’t have to worry about it falling off.

  • any chance you could post a video about how you mounted the camera? this seems soo cool!!

  • Nice! Try also to search "Backcountry snowboarding in the Dolomites - Monte Pore (2405 m)"!

  • Now get off pieste!

  • a little bouncing and the video goes away? what a crap. at least now i know what NOT to buy.

  • hahaha nice ending

  • i like the part when it falls off...kool v ideo

  • does the suction cup stay on if you land hard and stuff? have you had it fall off?

  • Does the GoPro Hero wide not go 720p?

  • @Guglielmo152 No it doesn't. Its only does standard def(480i i believe) It is defiantly worth the extra cash to get the HD which does 480i, 720p, 960p and 1080p)

  • very nice. cant wait to try it out..have you tried riding with the camera facing the other way? wondering if that looks cool too.

  • What mount did you actually use for this video?

I ordered the hero 5 wide angle and I want to try this but not sure I can justify £30 on a suction mount :-/

  • This one was the 3M mount that you're supposed to use for the helmet. Unless you mount it perfectly, i find they fall off in high impact and very cold days. I purchased the suction mount soon after this and it worked beautifully. Just get a leash as well to attach the camera to the binding or something just in case it decides to go for a ride like mine did! :)

  • @christophlng Good idea lol!

  • @christophlng -is that the car mount or surf mount? the car didn't stick well. i think its either the cold or the surface material of the board.

  • how many mounts do you get in the original package? I cant really imagine how it works, can you mount one on your snowboard, glue it with some epoxy or something and then just clip the camera on?

  • There's several mounts it comes with depending on the package you buy. I got the helmet package so I got the headstrap mount and then 4 mounts you can stick onto a helmet, dash or whatever and then clip the camera onto. They don't stick very well onto a board so I grabbed a suction cup mount for my board which has stuck on pretty good while riding. The parts are very reasonably priced so you can always grab what you need. I'm going to upload a vid showing all the different mount options.

  • Excellent end

  • excellent stress test review, thanks

  • LOL, I had similar results, but I got it to stick really good and the results have been stellar. Having lost it once, I now leash it, though, so it doesn't go flying into the woods and down a tree well.

  • haha, i love the ending

  • Cool vid! Submitted a response with a similar vid I recently shot with my GoPro. I also have a vid with my camera dismounting after a sharp thwack and spiraling down the hill... tough little gadgets! :-)

  • Cool vid. Can't wait for mine to come. These things look bomb proof.

  • So rad it keeps filming:-) That's all of our motorsports development paying off!

  • I was surprised how durable this camera actually is. Didn't believe it until I tried it out. You guys make an awesome product.
