Beginning of October I had a pretty nasty flu. Was kind of nasty because I would cough up pghlegm that had brownish spots in it. Was sick for about 12 days! last time I was sick was about 1.5-2 years ago. I rarely get sick. I NEVER go for flu shots or take prescription drugs.

The H1N1 virus shouldnt even really be called 'Swine Flu'.

In Canada we refer to it as 'pandemic H1N1 influenza virus'.

It was originally called Swine Flu because laboratory testing showed that some of the genes in this new virus were similar to influenza viruses that normally circulate in pigs (swine).

Also, face masks are useless against swine flu. You would have to change it at least twice a day, which will get costly, and in addition the virus is so small that most masks will let it go right though it.
