At the risk of admitting I am an old fart I'm glad to say I was a senior in high school when they first hit the air waves.

Even though i looked the stoner part I was into a wide array of music from Genesis and Yes to black sabbath and Zep but as New Wave was gaining ground in L.A. as soon as I read Brian Eno produced AWNMWAD I figured might as well check it out.
