Sick 350. I have an '07 350z but fear turboing it... is it not a dangerous thing to do considering the engine is already fairly high compression? Will you lose alot of "shelf life" on your Z if you turbo it? In other words, will your engine go up quicker? Also, about how much did you have to spend between parts and labor? I'm curious to know since it would be sweet to add another 70+hp if it wasn't unaffordable and wouldn't jeopardize the reliablity of my car!

Stock is ok, lowered with Tiens are awesome because it keeps a nice ride, slammed is not my thing unless I lived in AZ where its all flat and and pebbles dont feel like boulders cause of super tight suspention

@ze1nikO The interior is ok, not the best. The new 370Zs are probably more comfy and more up to date. The breaks are fine on this car, could probably use aftermarket break for more stop power. I'm not sure about the transmission as I wasn't driving it.

How will the engine/transmission hold up? let say if I was to boost it enough to achieve approx. WHP and WTRQ to your Z!

I guess what I am asking is how well is the engine/tranny built for such applications! can it take it or would I have to eventually swap out piston, piston ronds, valves etc.....

well from what I know and my personal experience, the two different setups on the same motor and if you boost to equivalent specs the turbo would be more efficient , due to the fact a superchargers are in a sense a give and take system, and turbo's on the contrary operate on exhaust which is waste!!

What I PERSONALLY understand from the two different systems....the engines internals life span varies on the boost levels and how much power you want!!

Firstly, IF u do have a gt-35r turbo, it can offer around 600WHP without breaking a sweat... Now, u got 373 WHP in what boost setup?? coz if it's 0,3 bar fine, but at 0,9 there's no fucking way to get tht WHP.... Not to mention tht u Z is no way 373 WHP, too slow... Ohw, and get a BOV, and just put the original 350Z brakes on with the 4p brembo ffs...

Looks Good! Need to up the boost a bit though. Even on stock Block. Im running 8.7 psi 456Whp on my 03 touring Stock block clutch and trans and been boosted for over 25k. A buddy of mine is running 580whp and 604ftlbs on a stock block G35 and hes been running like that for over 2 years. It's all in the tuning and keeping it safe. Bad ass looking car though. @banksj54 I dang! Well this car only has AAM exhaust. The turbo kit is by Powerlab. So there's nothing to worry about. What happened to your Z? did they compensate you and provide you with another motor? This is my friend's Z and he is running adjustable coil-overs.

why would you lower your car? it doesnt do much just lower center of gravity but you can get a strut bar and arm bars for handling and coil overs for suspension. if you lower your car you cant go fast its just for show noobies (the faster you go the lower your car gets)

@IbanezGio122 That seems very quick for a stock 06 350Z. depends on your turbo setup as well at tires and other modifications... 0-60 could be 4.5 to even 2.5 secs. It all depends on your your setup and also how you drive the car.
