  • athletic/power training > bodybuilding

  • I did 80% of this stuff in high school strength and conditioning.

  • nice but u use allot of equipment

  • Awesome! Impressive!

  • well played lads

  • will it increase hand speed for boxing if i do like them ?

  • What are some good plyometric ab exercises?

  • Wheres the arm pump in those ladders boys? Come on! Ladders 101

  • Lots of good exercises in here for a football player to add to their routine. Especially any young man that doesn't have access to an extensive weight room in the offseason. These gentleman look tired and have lost their form, but there are many good pieces that you could use with a little research on the technique.

  • this is just a piece of shit

  • Not the mostly athletic guys but AWESOME exercises, I would love to see a 1-3 month follow-up video. Good job!

  • EXCELLENT drills. Got so many ideas for my class, I had to pause constantly. Thanks!

  • @goestyou if you don't understand the importance of plyometric training then you shouldn't be making workouts and they probly suck anyways

  • 3:57 shuffle battle

  • i love plyometrics

  • This does increase strength. It strengthens ligaments and tendons. Increased power is a result of getting stronger!

  • lol this the most retarded exercise ever, its embarrassing to watch to be honest, check out my video FOR REAL WEIGHT LIFTERS, faggots

  • @goestyou You idiot. This type of excercise has nothing to do with weightlifting. It is for athletes who participate in sports that require a mixture of agility, strength and conditioning such as a football/soccer or basketball.just to name a couple.

  • @goestyou Polymetrics isn't about lifting weights. It's not to increase your "strenght" it's about to increase your Power.

  • what a gym! it's freaking insane! i want a running track UP stairs

  • Ideally don't do more than 150 explosive movements in any one training session. Don't train lazy.

  • This is a great video. I take this into skiing. I advise you to use plyometrics. Good stuff!

  • put down the chips and stop touchin yourself u moh...

  • 6:42, LOLLL wackkk a Mole!!

  • Awesome video..They make it look so easy

  • Farrrkkkk !! i wonder what there vertical leaps are like.

  • Whoa!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 6:51 like a fucking BOSS

  • These are great agility, stamina, strength, core, and endurance exercises. The beginning exercises are perfect for high endurance, agility and stamina progression while the later exercises are perfect for core, and strengthening. I would personally separate the exercises into two training day. Day 1 Legs, Day 2 core & upper body...That way you are able to maintain quality of your exercises increase interval time, and really stretch your abilities. Awesome Video!!! Can't wait to train

  • i think ill have to dust off my dancing shoes for those rope ladder exercise

  • great song,

    wats the song called?

  • 5:55 loool !

  • OMG, my trainer must have watched this video! I'm a distance runner with lots of years behind me, and I can say that this is bloody hard work.

  • 6:43-6:53 I just laughed my ass off for some reason. The music and everything lol.

  • WOW! Looking forward to my new workouts!

  • AMAZING!!!!

  • and yet not a single real plyometric exercise...

  • half these exercises just look like they're screwin around

  • Is this help to my speed run?

  • Thank you guys for sharing such amazing routine!!!!!

  • your execution of the most exercises is ujst awful

  • amazing!

    Wish I had this workout!

  • Don't slip.

  • theres one part where they are crip walking

  • how often do you do this, is this an every day thing or an every other?

  • 0:40 That looks like a great way of falling and breaking your neck.

  • 6:04 FTW lol

  • @WarCrafX That is same idea as with shake weights u know ?

  • dir-TY beatz

  • wow....yall my heroes

  • Great video! Thanks

  • my ass cheeks are killing just watching it!

  • Ya it looks very easy but it's freaking hard!!!

  • This is seriously the most motivating video I have ever seen...

  • wow those are looks easy but its actually pretty hard when you're doing it.

  • Yellow shorts watch your right knee...Run yourself through the Functional Movement Screen (Gray Cook and Company). Still an impressive video. Thanks for sharing.

  • this is hilarious

  • @kasiajarosz

Not true. The "pause" you mention between eccentric loading and concentric rebound is the amortization phase or the duration of ground contact to reversal of motion,. The shorter the amortization phase, the more power can be generated. It has been shown that .25 seconds is optimal. Obviously any specific exercise will have varied amortization duration due to the load incurred in eccentric loading. Nevertheless, almost all of the exercises here show amortization < .25s.

  • there is virtually no plyos in this vid, very low intensity jumps with a pause at the landing are not plyometrics

  • shit song

  • ribbbitt ribbitt ribbitt....when does the fun start?

  • Ladders are my downfall.

  • these 2 think thier kangaroos,,,i got gased watching it,, some good shit ill be using at my gym

  • Are those resistance bands hooked on his ears in the frog jump exercise? :P

  • Nice!

  • These guys should legit be dancers, I mean LOOK at the speed of their legs!!!

  • Man, knees are taking some serious abuse. But, great video. Will be supplementing my interval training with some of these moves.

  • man.. i'm sweating just from watching

  • this is excellent. IF you ever tried seriously to improve your vertical you know this is the way. Let idiots laugh, in the end the joke is on them when they barely can jump over a magazine while you let them eat your shorts.

  • This is nuts! I want to vom just watching it. I can't believe these guys are doing this so fast and with such ease. hot damn.

  • Thanks, now i feel like an idiot for doing this more slowly :|

  • Kings of hop scotch

  • Kind of gay, sorry but it's true.

  • @Superegio42 anything involving big balls is gay. oh, and the music should've been the theme from the benny hill show. it would've been hillarious!

  • 6:43 looool I know this is some serious training but some of the combos with this music are hilarious!

  • i feel like im watching a froggie. LOL. good vid though

  • Finally a plyometric/circuit training video with good music!

  • Great work! Have you guys ever tried working with The Catalyst? A very useful tool for plyometric training. Check it out on facebook: The Catalyst Performance System.

  • I like how in rhythm they are with the song :P

  • Can they dunk?

  • I found my leg workout that i've been searching for. THANK YOU! ^_^

  • damn!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • this shit looks intense

  • you guys need to pump your arms

  • fuck that looks fun, i currently do insanity so i feel like when I am done I should be able to handle this pretty effectively and i can't wait

  • some great examples of plyo training :) kudos for puting this together. would love to see some athletes run threw this with some real intensity

  • the ladder part. lmao around 4:00

  • I lol'd so hard at this video, I have been running 100 meter sprint for about 5 years. And no where near any of that, we would ever consider using xD

  • lol these guys are a bunch of tools that think they know how to train, their form is way off and if anything they are going to hurt themselves instead of making themselves better. DUMBASS'

  • how can u do all that and still have bellys?

  • @shimanchunutakara because after training they probably go to the pub lol

  • @shimanchunutakara poor diet

  • haha they're just like kids experimenting with a ball

this training seems really fun, plus I love training till I drop so I'm really gonna try this at home :P

  • I name the one with slider the "love maker" haha

  • great......the one exercise that i will guarantee 2 fall down 2 but looks like it works! sigh......:(

  • Goof balls!

  • These guys hop like a bunny lol

  • I hated the ladder one at first cause it's like really hard at first, but now its fun cuase im really fast -___- I do kick boxing so they make me do that ; it does make you really fast with you're feet, like no, lie, i play soccer, and even my coach saw a great improvement. :D

  • Some good workouts, some of these we did in P.E, some of these we did back when I was playing basketball. A good plyometric training are "suicides", you can mix it up anyway you want, run fast forward - quick stop, run fast backwards - quick stop. Or you can run fast forward - quickstop, sidestep fast - quickstop.. etc etc..

  • I threw up just watching this

  • bad form on the bosu push ups, get that chest out!!

    Good ladder moves!

  • nice training...

  • knee breakers!!!!

  • is this for football?

    is there poly for boxers?

  • got muscle ache from watching this, ouch!

  • great exercices for badminton training !

  • nice workout......super balance and coordination level...

  • that looks like fun holy crap

  • looks like mildenhall

  • omg id be so afraid to miss a stair when jumping up them and fall backwards!

  • Impressive!!

  • Damn man great workout, I wish we had somewhere around here to train like that

  • Great workouts!

  • all those exercises recruit fast twitch fibers, which help in jumping. if you bring down the weight and jack up the reps it will build muscle endurance so you get less tired from constant jumping. I suggest doing high weight low reps one day and high rep low weight the next to condition your legs for explosiveness and endurance on the court. don't workout your legs really, really hard for more than 3 days a week, or the muscle fibers won't have time to recover.

  • I bet these guys can dunk...

  • this looks like a puke generator

  • @delaseoul87 have no idea..the first week when i started on Plyo...puked like 3 times

  • @delaseoul87 more like a knee injury generator

  • LOL, Shakeweights at 6:00

  • I felt physically tired after watching this video for 3 minutes, no joke.

  • great video, very creative. Going to steal some of your exercises if you don't mind!!!

  • Can i do this every day? or we must take an interval day of an interval training? Overtraining? Overeaching?

  • @batataguland If this is your first time then do it twice a week. Balance the rest days so you have the same amount of rest. If this isn't new to you then do it three times a week.

  • Definitely some good stuff here.

  • lol frogger

  • they may say white boys cant jump, but with plyometrics that isnt true. Even if your black, and born with natural jumping ability, I garuntee that anyone, black or white can have a higher vertical if they use these exercises.

  • I puked when doing this the first time haha

  • Looks like you're training for a Dance Dance Revolution tournament. :P

  • this a great video thanks for post it .it gave me new ideas to add to my workouts

  • the excercice at 4:14 is hop-scotch?

  • that ladder training looks like some hardcore dance moves haha

  • Probably preferable to have a personal trainer to show you what to do and what not to do.

  • STUPID FAT IDIOTS WORK OUT

  • nice for the knees... NOT

  • @ragnarock1 Actually it's awesome for the knees. If you're joints are not ready, however, you might pull a tendon. It strengthens the tendons.

  • Wow, this was a GREAT video, and thanks for putting it together so we can just see a quick version of the drill/exercise and move right onto the next one. I got a lot of ideas for my boot camp class and really appreciate your taking the time to make and post this!

  • this is a really good

  • the ladder part looks fun and funny :) hop skotch

  • the ladder part looks fun and funny :)

  • Very nice workout !

    I'm a bodybuilder my self. 28 years...

But I have to say that most of the bodybuilders are like a Ferrari but without the HP !

    Pity !

  • this looks like it can help with my martial arts. thanks!

  • whats the name of this song?

  • @Nathan1themetalhead

Filthy Rich - Dirty Beat (Ercola Remix)

  • this is for fags.... does it work... yes of course it does but still for fags. Get in the gym and lift some weights fags.

  • @ajd1719 lol, only fags who dont understand the process of working out think that all you need is weights to get buff

  • @ajd1719 Strength = high. Everything else = Fail. Definitely not good.

  • @ajd1719 whats your problem?

fag why? i dont think you understand the point of this training, i dont even think u know what does plyometrics mean

stop being a dumbass and learn the meaning of excercises, it doesnt mean to work only on arms, it means to work on your entire body, idiot

and think about it next time u call fags people that do workout properly

  • This guys are criticable for what they do with their arms I really don't like and I don't think it is positive not to move the arms. Infact the guy with yellow shorts result not very coordinated... but really cool video with lots of exercise... the thing is: to do this at home or to do this with home made products is actually difficult: many items are not available to privates individuals.

  • are your legs supposed to be sore after plyometrics??

  • @tiptippinonmydick I NO RITE , i wanna no d same damn question becuz mine dnt !

  • 8:45 'I want that chocolate!!!'

  • im going to incorporate plyo into my workouts...its good to see it done with the variety you have
