no yalun didn't kiss guigui because at 2:13 you can see that guigui is beside yalun facing the camera and the fans were infront of yalun.

and at 2:19 after yalun bended his head, we can see a huge gap between the fans and him so he couldn't be kissing anyone by just bending his head a lil lower. I think he's just trying to hear the fans more clearly.
