I am 16 & a bit fatty. Want to lose some weight. I probably have heard that I should drink PROTEIN Shake? I do go to gym in fact going right now. My weight is 93kg tell me what's the appropriate for this age?
Also list things through which I can get 75kg in 2 months, which are a pretty easy as well but I can go for hard as well @ xD. Also tell how can I get slim faster?
Or other stuff I can eat like some medicines?

@ItsMsSanchez You'll need to customize it for YOU. But in general, women: 100 grams of carbs is more than adequate, 100 grams of protein is a MINIMUM. I don't like bars because of the artificial junk. Protein shake, after for you. Make a trail mix, with chopped nuts, dried fruit and some beef jerky, you'll be fine :)

@free2rym99 A couple things, the most likely I suspect is your core isn't built enough and doesn't peak through your stomach, in which case some direct abdominal training can assist you. 2nd when you say you don't have a six pack, how CLOSE are you to actually seeing your abs?

How do I improve my bench press? I've asked trainers at my gym and they say I have proper form. I've been stuck at about 165 pounds of 6-8 reps per set for like 2 months now. I do bench press about 2 times a week, at opposite times of the week. I'm 19, 151 pounds, and 5 foot 7. I also drink protein and eat enough.
@MetalsPlague How long has it been stuck at this level? I have a video on a couple exercises to help fix WEAK points so your bench goes up. Bench is always tricep heavy to get a good bench, and another key point: do NOT grind, grinding fatigues the nervous system WAY too much!

@oaa8195 put very simply, u burn a certain amount of calories when working out and in the afterburn that's u loosing calories as u recover from ur workout
Chef are warm-ups essential? I have always done 5 min of cardio on the elliptical with max resistance just to get the blood flowing and lungs working.. Am I wasting energy or is it good to get the HR up to the 150 mark before working out?
@MyMantenna Check out one of my first videos ever, its on a dynamic warm up which is my favourite way to begin a work out. For work outs, I like to simulate the SAME movements I'll be doing, but use a much lighter weight to groove in the motor patterns
@ravineg5 it's pretty obvious isnt it? with weight trainning, you just have to decrese your rest time so that your heart rate is at that "fat burning zone", which will lead to the afterburn effect.

@aztek617 I eat two meals and wait about 5 hours from when i wake up than workout. I always have energy. And i tried having coffee for the first time yesterday and it gave me some serious energy.
@pkerking150 i heard that deadlifts (and variations such as romanian deadlift, spread legged deadlift, etc) are good to break plateaus. After, i dont if it's true. Or maybe, your nutrition is not balanced enough... That's what my i heard and read about breaking plateaus ;)
@pkerking150 I have been plateau'd for about a year because I reached my goal. You have to find out what your goal is. If you want to get bigger than you simply have to eat more and keep lifting. To break barriers you have to shock your muscles and force them to adapt to new stressors. So instead of squatting 350 try going higher volume for lower weight. A lot of people (especially for legs) go higher volume. Avoiding all that stress on your back is an added bonus. I do 225 for 15 reps X 3
