@WTFYugioh0001 All cats curious nature has served them well as the planets top predator. The fact that we have little versions of such a wonderful animal in our homes is something we should appreciate. Bengals are breed only a few generations from an actual wild Asian Leopard Cat so we see more of the true animal's character. Their other part is Tabby, a wonderful and under appreciated friendly breed. The mix of recent wild heritage & kind tabby gives the Bengal their curiosity and playfulness.
I really in joyed watching your cat videos those tiny green balls you put under the bowel I some how manage to have 32 of them around the house. Clover loose them under the stove and fridgeand i'd go buy more. Cause i can't find them. Clover's a 5 year old orange tabby.
THANK YOU for sharing your world with us. I myself have two female sisters that I've raised since they were 3 weeks old(3yrs now). The WONDERMENT of cats is so beautiful and I think you capture that on your videos. Thanx for the many ideas on how to keep my two girls playful and active.
LMAO! That was too funny! I have a Savannah so that gave me a lot of great ideas. I like first one with the mouse toy and "surprise". And your beasts are absolutely gorgeous - I love the marble pattern!
I'm surprised that your sheets aren't ripped to shreds! Your bengal was really going at it!
Your cats are unbelievably gorgeous, and your house is pretty much a kitty paradise. Bengals are such beautiful and energetic pets. I'm hoping that when I have my own house, I can have bengals to share it with me!
From 1:00 to 1:15 in the video Koru is investigating snow. This was her first time. I tossed her favorite toy just out of reach into the snow. The snow was a cold powder, almost not there to the touch. It would certainly not support her wieght. As she touched the snow it essentially vanished.
She has since seen a bit more snow and enjoys it. When snow gets a frozen crust on top and she walks on it, it breaks thru and she thinks something is making that happen from beneath, like a mouse.
Oh we are fully expecting our house to liven up a lot after we adopt a bengal. And yes, our ragdolls, although they aren't the real "lap cat" type (only on their own terms) they are very happy to laze about all day. We have gyms all over the place for them but they couldn't be bothered to climb that high...So a bengal will certainly liven them all up.
What wonderful bengals! You're house is so well equipt for them, so much praise to you both for that. We own two ragdolls but are looking to adopt a bengal kitten towards the later part of the year, and I cannot wait.
A rogdoll could not be more different than a Bengal. I had a siamese with white feet as a kid, but he was not really a ragdoll. I read that Ragdolls are the ultimate lap cat and very low strung. A Bengal will certainly change your household.
You have some gorgeous marbled bengals! It's fabulous that you are so actively involved with them.. This is their personality, you only have to encourage them and they will give so much back! I have to correct you, they are not bred from any sort of a fishing cat.Bengals are bred from the Asian Leopard Cat as a foundation cat. This breed, started and developed by breeder Jean Mills.
Well I am not so sure... I have read articles that state an Asian Leopard Cat and an Asian Fishing Cat are the same animal. No difference, as if they are just called different names depending on the region like Puma and Mountain Lion. I have not studied the zoology to confirm those articles.
Milo likes to bug me when I do chores. When I sweep the deck,he attacks the broom and tries to knock the leaves around. When I wipe tables, he steals the rag and runs away with it.
We got another wildcat at the house.I named him snowball. He has long white/tan fur.I had not seen him on the hill before last week and when I bring food for milo he comes out from the trees and eats with Mika and Milo.
Lol problem solving I did that with my kitten. I used to put a toy or something into a small wasterpaperbaseket so he could see it and then he would try and work out how to get it out.
Bengals love puzzles. There are Asian Fishing Cats (from which Bengals are bred) in the San Diego Zoo. Some yrs ago the keepers put fish in their creek. Prior to the fish the cats spent 90% of their time asleep. After introducing the fish the cats spent 50% of their time active checking the stream. This was true even after they had caught all the fish. Just knowing there MIGHT be fish enriched their lives. Same for your Bengal knowing there are sometimes puzzles keeps them thinking all the time.
Wonderful! A big reason I make these videos is to share ideas and inspire cat's gardians to enrich their cat's lives. Let me know what you come up with. One thing I have done lately is take one of my 2x4;s with carpet and lean it in a new place each day (always sure it won't fall). The cat's go totally nuts over new things like that.
there both so cute!!!! I love the way they play like that! I have a cat that loves to be covered by the sheets and loves to climb on tall edges and the railing to our second floor. (thats really creepy!)
I know what you mean about the high ledges! The cats will run full speed leaping on to high ledges always confident or oblivious. Several times a day I ask them to "be careful up there. Don't fall off." They just look back like heights mean nothing to them.
On the ledges they play on most like in our prior video "20 bengal cat games" I have mounted some carpet so they have somethng to grip their claws in case they get too rambunctious and lose track of where they are!
I really enjoy your videos and love seeing how you engage and interact with your beautiful cats. I posted a link to a video of our Bengal but I don't think she'd add this activity to your list of Bengal games. To her this is serious stuff and it's her obsession.
If we close the door she'll leap at the lever handle to open it or lunge full speed & ram the door repeatedly. To prevent a concussion we don't close it anymore.
When done, she goes to the toweling area & waits to be dried off
Bengals just love to be involved in your life; whatever you are doing they want to join in.
Ukee is funny making the bed. I am sure she believes she is helping and that the whole purpose of the chore is to tangle in the sheets. There is a moment where I stop and Ukee keeps on with the chore pacing around the bed pawing at the sheets. She starts when I peel the sheets and does not stop for 10-15 minutes when the last pillow case is back on.
I have a bengal and I wondered why bengals are very curious and playful. A piece of paper to them is a lot.

"Just a paper bag" That really made me laugh! in this case, one man's trash is another cat's treasure.
my cat, for example, shunned all the nice toys we bought him from pet stores but loved playing with ice cubes.
