yeah know, It really upset me when people frown upon those hipchecks and instantly say they are too low and targeting the knee. If you can nail it just right, hip on thigh, then that guy is going flying or even just enough to take him out of the play while you remain in position. Lost art indeed.

Bob Plager's hip check was on Mickey Redmond.Both are home town boys of Kirkland lake.The Plagers took no prisoners.
