Well, this song is the theme song for an anime called Jigoku Shoujo. There's a live action version of the series by the same name and you can find it with subs. I don't think the video here is of a movie or else I just know nothing about it.

You just know nothing about it. I know it's the OP theme of Jigoku shoujo and I know that there's a live action of it too. However, the scenes in the PV (the ones with the 2 girls) are from a movie called 'Humoresque ~Sakasama no Chou~. Apparently the song is in the OST of that movie as well. But obviously no one knows anything about it...D:

Well it doesn't actually 'come' from the anime Jigoku Shoujo. The Jigoku Shoujo crew/cast/workers used it but it isn't quiet from the anime.
