no, there isn't much ej in this. the phrasing is absolutely nothing like ej's. it just has a very similar atmosphere, but musically it's pretty different.

Sweetest neck I've ever seen on a strat and the tone through the Port City is just staggering. Also very cool (I'm repeating myself) to hear you slow down and focus on tone, dynamics and harmony and not go in full-burn legato mode as would be easiest. Maybe its just the tiredness, but in the last few videos something has changed somehow and it seems to me like you're really searching for that uniqueness of voice in your playing. Keep it up - you're really onto something, beautiful playing!
