  • Hey, your video has good content, but I am not sure I totally agree with it... I guess that is why everyone has a channel and opinion right? Either way I like the content and the presentation. I picked up a few ideas from this video so thank you for posting. May I ask, how you go about determining what to make video content about? Are you looking for trending topics or are you just making content around what you think people should be consuming online? I am trying to figure out my process...

  • You need to check out dildos that are made of plastic and their effect on pussy and ass!

  • 1965 was when the first this same pr crap you are spreading now showed up. It seem every time I hear this or a derivative of it some group melts down after defrauding a lot of people. (the government has NO business in business, it cost to much and waste to much money) last melt down was and is still the housing business.

  • BOING

  • your gorgeous and smart

  • Fuck small toy makers! These laws are made to protect children you stupid blonde bimbo!

  • Please tell me you're joking...please. No one can really think this way.

  • yummy!!!!!!!!!!

  • How does Obama expect private health insurers to compete with a public option? For example Aetna paid their CEO Ronald A. Williams $40.2 Million in total compensation. The public option does not have a CEO to pay $40 million dollars to, the only way Aetna can compete would be to cut their CEO's salary, the poor guy only makes $3 million a month, how can he support his family on less than 40 million dollars a year?

  • LOL! The CEO's are the only ones getting paid for their time in the un-inflated value of dollars. So CEO makes 40,000,000. However the US dollar is at least 98% lost value. This means he really makes 800,000 if the dollar was worth 100% as in 1913. Now this is alot of money still but considering how much your life is worth, money is devalued to make your life devalued!!! Take your income and multiply it by FIFTY. This is how much wealth. Eg, 40,000x50= $2Million for me in 1913 VALUE.

  • another way to look at it is this: since the currency is devalued, the only way to make things fair is to have a 98% OFF sale on ALL goods and services, etc and KEEP your current income. Bankers inflate currency which makes it buy LESS, yet people are trained to LOVE and worship their banks as the center of their survival: cashing checks, loans, ATM's, checks, debit cards etc. Yet these banks/leeches are DESTROYING the currency/wealth of the sheeple/lemmings. LOL! The BANKS ARE THE ROBBERS!!!

  • Thanks for the lesson on the devaluation of the dollar, It must be really tough to get by on 40 million dollars a year, that only buys 800 BMW's a year or 200 homes a year. maybe you can collect donations to help the poor guy pay his bills.

  • I wasn't defending him, just pointing out that the reason these guys do such crimes is because they are willing to do evil to get their "fair share" of wealth while at the same time explaining that we are all getting screwed by devaluation! Now if no one were getting screwed by devaluation, then the incentive to commit such crime. Get it? DEvaluation robs from all to reward evil corporate heads and govt shills. Get rid of devaluation and REDUCE corruption/evil govt/business treason/crime

  • If the private health insurance industry can not compete with the public option, I hope to God that they go out of business. When the CEO of Blue Cross makes $200,000 a day on the backs of the dying, well, time for them to go out of business. The PHI industry are nothing BUT death panels.

  • @phillipmarch22 amen bro

  • Schwing!!!!!

  • what is she sellin?

    i'm buyin

  • If anyone thinks this girl has a clue what she's talking about I will fly and buy you dinner. Does she really look or sound like she has a steam about ANYTHING? Yet she's harping on about geopolitics and the rudiments of agro-economics. Observe her lazy, dizzy eyes as she attempts to read the auto-cue...clueless as to that about which she's babbling. If this "eye-candy" twit is ever stuck on the circuit to answer questions it will most likely be on on some low grade, no-truth show.

  • your bein mean to her

  • Who IS this bimbo who constantly says "I think this or that" rather than "these are the facts and they are indisputable"? So many thousands actually will now quote this twit of a woman.

  • One problem I saw was that crops that go into processed food and fast food is not produced by small farmers, but instead huge corporate farms run by firms that are trying to get as much money as possible. Read Fast Food nation. Crop decissions are made by corperate officials far from where the food is growing. This is dangerous for american agriculture which was once lauded as the apex of agriculture before they were consolidated or "socialized".

  • The fed govt has assumed a role of monopolizing the determination of what is "good for us". Normal healthy intelligent people make these decisions well, and have no need for govt. oversight. Govt standards only function as high barriers of entry for other competitors.

  • Nothing like getting good analysis from a very attractive woman! Keep up the good work!

  • Damn keep these videos comin, they are interesting and informative on the most critical topic of today and your gorgeous, so we can watch these all day!

  • Here is another case of misdirection from our pretty friend. Government intervention is not what puts small businesses out of business. It's letting BIG BUSINESS write the regulations that put small business at a disadvantage.

Get corporations out of government, and government can function as it should, protecting citizens from corporate greed and monopoly pricing.

  • your not too bright getplaning. how can you say that government is not the problem when they write corrupt laws and regulations? every corruption has a benefit for the person causing the corruption, and your blaming the reasons for corruption and not the corruptee??? ofcorse people and corporations will use government to their benifit, if they dont some other company will. you have to blame the government and the system not the staples of human nature. less gov means less corruption period.

  • I vote for you

  • @getplaning

You're just splitting hairs. Government almost always intervenes due to lobbying from corporations.

  • u will b a breeder in my survival group!.can u cook?

  • Regulation and more Regulation is what the slaves want!

    Regulation=BURDEN, AND INCREASED COSTS

I see nothing but BURDEN and PENALTIES coming from our Government.

Granted some regulation is necessary for safety purposes. But for goodness sakes, TOO MUCH REGULATION is foolish. And removes much of our God given "freedom of choice"THE NANNY STATE is not for me! I desire freedom. Wait till CODEX becomes the rule of law.

You will get your precious regulations X 1,000,000,000 and then ZERO freedoms

  • Comment removed

  • As long as there's money to be made there will be unscrupulus (wo)men perpared to do anything to maximize profits.

So, the question(s) is, unregulated market - and wait until somebody ends up dead, or unregulated market and close the border and end up with a "fascist toy state"... or regulate the market and let commerce begin?

  • People can find good food at a farmer's market without the government's help. Why wouldn't they be able to find good toys at a store without the government's help? I think the main problem is that people expect for everything to already be tested and checked out by governments. They just assume the government has made everything safe.

  • One other thought. What if the toy manufacturers were held 100% responsible for all the results of selling toxic toys? Any parent that could demonstrate that they were sold a toxic toy could sue the manufacturer for all health costs and punitive damages. I bet people would be more careful about what they made. If you're the cautious type, you can buy a kit and test the things yourself.

  • If "broad" and "wide brush" can be applied to "Don't give POISON stuff to KIDS," then I'm all for it.

Once again, someone tries to make this out to be a bad thing.

While we hear of "small" toy manufacturers being put out of business, we actually SEE hundreds of small, natural products toy companies EXPLODE in Russia, Poland, Lithuania, and other countries, filling this niche in the USA.

  • Shes pretty good capturing your attention

  • I agree, we shouldnt have regs on toys, we should keep importing lead painted chinese toys

  • What a hilarious post. A great satire of the type idiot who accepts the fear mongering and false dichotomies of politicians use to justify their needless meddling.

All sarcasm aside, did you even watch the video? The point was the the regulation killed the start-up companies who were coming up with alternatives to importing lead painted toys.

  • yes I watched the video. There obviously isnt enough regulation or lead toys wouldnt come in. And who says I like regulation? What made you think I was sarcastic? I DO want lead toys in our country and I DO like the freedom for people to make poisonous toys, I guess you dont?

  • If the government stayed out of regulating toy safety, private safety mechanisms would evolve, just as Underwriters Laboratories did for electrical safety.

Instead, people assume government is taking care of this responsibility, but as we can see it is a totally politically driven endeavor, as is everything the government does.

Long term thinking that soundly balances all of the relevant factors? Its not an option for people who believe every problem can be solved with a gun.

  • and in turn UL, has a virtual monopoly free from competition unless you bomb cash, not that that's a bad thing

  • yeah, better a monopoly created by delivering value than one created by force

  • if delivery value is only the difference in wealth, natural lack of options and ignorance of options, it's NO different than force.

in fact, vice versa, the only reason force is wrong is because people are ignorant of alternatives or don't understand the value.

  • Freedom First, Safety Second.

  • So...some people are actually pissed off because there are going to be regulations to make toys safe for our children.??Well maybe some of us prefer that China doesn't use lead paint in our kids toys.Go to Wal-mart and look at the recent recall list...its criminal how many toys are on there.

  • The legislation, like most, does not apply to China made toys, but only to US made toys. Just like the Food Safety legislation targets small farmers, and not the factory farms where the food born diseases originate. Just think, if the feds would get off the backs of US manufacturers, there products could compete with and be safer than anything China produces.

  • I rate this awesome because I think she is awesome. And I would eat her corn.

  • No sista, you are wrong. Now we got Obama! And the whitey way is out and we are all gonna forget about our mortgages and will finally have some gas in the car. What you gone do about that congress?Nah!

  • All hail Premier Obama! He is making safe toys for our children. Why give us freedom of choice, the proletariat must focus on working. Let the party tell us the right foods to eat and toys to buy.

  • Obama's minions once again play their socialist cards, just stamping out individualism and independence, one industry at a time. Americans should fight back against these communists.

  • to harvey101107:

Shelly IS the "people behind breakthematrix". It's her site. If you don't like her videos, don't watch!

But don't call her names just because you can't handle a woman who is both attractive AND intelligent.

Right on, Shelly - keep up the great work & thanks for everything you do.

  • LMAO. this woman is anything but intelligent. she's clearly reading something she did not write.

  • Don't pay attention to John. You covered some very important points, and you seem fairly intelligent. Overall, good job ;)

  • It's so sad. A local retailer where I live stopped selling toys several months ago out of fear of non-compliance.

  • well this truth helps some to see what is going on, no matter you still have sheep not to forget the greed that eats at us. and its not so much the gov but the people who run them. its like the pharmaceutical that has doc as thier drug dealer, or the tv as thier pusher. we need people like you to spread the word good job.

  • Awesome video - thank you so much! Will email to my list.

  • You are apparently retarded. Have you graduated school yet? Your idiotic diatribe denotes a New England education.

  • that's a very nice wording for urdumb. doesn't change the truth behind or refute any of what i said, though.

  • Your ignorance needs no refutation. Your existence in a place where rational people are the rule is the only refutation that is needed here. I would love to meet your personally. Please email me your contact info.

  • i wonder why this video got so many views? lol

  • I appreciate your vigilant work for rationality. Keep posting!

But I must say, something's up with the audio on your videos. Too quiet.

  • damn your hott!!!

  • Thanks for all your hard work and valuable input, Shelly. Pay no attention to the mentally challenged posters. Some of us really appreciate what you do for our country and the cause of liberty.

    Keep on keeping on.

  • For those interested, Shelly's a regular on Judge Napolitano's Freedom Watch

  • You are sooooo pretty...; )

  • she's getting good - great job

  • She looks like an Angel.

  • USA is in a bad period. im afraid even reinstalling the republic cant fix it, but those if elected would get the blame...

  • bocbo you're a total barney...

  • Please work on keeping your mouth shut, you are distracting.

If she wants to move her hands, then she will.

Honestly, stop nit picking you ninny.

  • white knight

  • Why? What are you thinking she is doing?

  • That's a great point. Isn't stayfree a brand of feminine hygiene product though? Also, Shelly, you look great and I really like what you're saying, but could you put the microphone a little closer or something? I can't hear your videos very well without headphones. You speak very softly which is cool because I do too.

  • Agreed

  • and this legislation is bs

  • intelligent and gorgeous

  • Another chapter from Atlas Shrugged.

  • The Farmers Market in Crescent City will start on June 20th. I'm hoping to have some mushrooms and mushroom kits for sale by then. Unfortunately I'm still looking for a car or motorcycle to get there with. Appreciate any help you can provide. HUGS. Great piece by the way. AUDIT THE FED ! ! ! ! ! Remember, remember the 5th of November...

  • Shelly you look even hotter than usual today! Great points

  • turn down your outbound plz!

  • Again, an excellent non-media-shit and informative vid. Thanks Shelly!. Peace!

  • The government is suffocating all entrepreneurial initiative. "Too big to fail"...too small to compete. We'll be left with five public-private corporation that provide everything for the bovine masses to consume. This is the very opposite of free enterprise.

  • We have corporatism in America which is the antithesis of free enterprise capitalism which is available to everyone. Another word for corporatism?....You guessed it....Facism

  • Shelly, you are indeed fabulous!

FYI: You may want to check your recording volume. I have my listening volume all the way up and can barely hear you.

  • Regulation is everywhere, not just in the market, but in thinking(media), learning(schools), security(police), everywhere.

Government is not needed for honest hard working people.

Government is needed for the opportunist and the slave.

  • Where is John Galt when you need him?

  • Smart & Beautiful

  • Monopolies:

Because the government wants to get to socalism through the back door.

  • Shelly, you are Fab!

  • an angel.

  • I guess we all best move to China where "freedom" seems to be flourishing and communism is becoming the norm here in America. Our politicians are incompetent buffoons racing to see who can destroy this country most effectively.

  • Tom Mullen's latest article "A Nation of Hyenas" is at his website and also at the Campaign For Liberty.

It is a must read and must spread!

    Let's make it viral!

  • thanks for the information,

    you look nice in white,

    Cheers!

  • Shelly, you are a ray of sunshine to start my day.

  • Doesn't Congress have any thing better to do? Hey I got an idea lets put the laws already in place in the F.D.A. to work. Also END THE CORRUPTION IN THE WHITE HOUSE.

  • And betray the corporatist state for which they work? I wish.
