These creatures should really be raised in the same way as fish in an aquarium.A small filter which harbours the good bacteria 2 break down ammonia & eventually just become nitrate which can be diluted with a partial water change. However the filter should not be very powerful. Baby brine shrimp are small enough to get into the filter.Sea Monkeys is a commercial name made up by people selling them 2 be more saleable.Many shrimp will be lost without a filter due 2 intoxication of their own waste
