Why Eat Less Meat?

If you really dont want to quit eating meat for whatever reason, we really arent even supposed to eat meat every day, eat one meat every other day, not saugage and then eggs and then hamburgers because its too much, once every other day will get you more protein then you need, we just eat meat every day too much and are bodies are used to it, well then you can go vegetarian or vegan much eaiser from there. We all need to eat less meat cause its healthier and its better for the planet, less death
