  • I a pitcher

  • @kaysuela i agree

  • jk......

  • shes awful!!!!!!!!

  • that would be ball cause its flat, to get a strike, it needs a bit more curve, but well done :)

  • haha. tht is impossible. | |

    \/

  • woow she cant pitch! i pitch and i pitch all strickes! 89 mph or more!

  • she crow-hopped at 1:28-1:34

  • Oh yeah: a foot doesn't have to be on the rubber when you release the ball either, you just have to have one foot on the ground at all times; you can't jump with both feet in the air. Since a good pitcher pitchs off the front leg, if one foot was still on the rubber then her stride is pathetic.

  • Whoever said that you don't have to start with both feet on the rubber is an idiot. You do. So wise up or hit yourself in the head with a hammer and go play soccer.

  • @Hayseed98 no you dont need to have both feet on the groundd.

  • I wish I was a girl and she pitched against me because I could see that change up a mile a way and crank it for a home run.

  • @IdeGrootI She's just demonstrating it genius so ease up. Somebody gave you a break once.

  • @Hayseed98 if you are gonna demonstrate it, demonstrate it right?

  • The lower body isn't the most important part of pitching. It's arm strength. Not a great coach.

  • @AmberRose12808 Amber, you must not be a pitcher because the lower body is where you get most of your strength.

  • Actually, staying on the rubber isn't a rule in high school softball. I would know, I pitch for high school. Sorry Kidd.

  • @6898roxurworld

thats obvi not true because you need to stride first! im sorry but whoeveer taught you that is wrong.

  • ok this video is inaccurate..... i play softball and you need to keep your foot on the rubber until u release the ball

  • If it is effective for her... the style should not matter. The pitching style is not monotone for every person, individualzation is what makes a pitcher special and interesting. Great job Chrissy!

  • worst. changeup. ever. Sorry Chrissie - I blame the coach.

  • you are definitely supposed to close your hips. Pitching across your body is bad.

  • Bad change up, her armspeed should be the same as her fastball

  • each pitcher has a different style when i used to pitch it was so different from anyone elses but it worked for me eg i never could do that big step thing before releasing the ball i would just do a normal step forward,my power came from my shoulders

  • "Chrissy's" change up arm speed is way slower than her fastball arm speed and any good hitter is gonna recognize that and crush one out of the park on that pitch.

  • @kaysuela at that time when her arm is slower the batter will already be in the middle of the batting stand so there not going to be able to change it that much

  • this is all wrong you dont wanna close your hips and it doesnt give you more power
