@giserson2: yes, there are many bad Dark Castle conversions and the game didn't age well... But at the time of release (1986) it was a great Mac game, with very good animations.

Lemmings & SimCity2000 for Mac platform are best. I will pick Lemmings & SimCity for Mac anytime over PC or Amiga version.

Same for most other ports. Prince Of Persia was also better as i remember but im not sure (it was long time ago). Alladin 1&2 was also great in that time. (something like Prince Of Persia)

I have been looking really hard for a game that was on the Mac, I can't seem to find anything on it, so it must of been obscure. Anyway, the game was around the mid 90s and when you started it a woman's voice would say "Welcome to Cybernet".

In the game you drove around in a ship in the cyber world (I guess) and battled viruses and it had a green background. You would collect things like keys to get through, and said woman would also vocalize that "Cyan key" for example. It was 3rd person.

It seems you just looked up 20 games on the Mac and posted them as defined. (probubly from your own collection) Most of these titles did not define the Mac your missing so many games that are Actually good.. Doom, Quest for glory, The sims? Before making a video do your homework man......

Yes - Full throttle.  I don't know that all those games defined Mac gaming, many were available on systems. However, many of the games that were first on Mac (and some only on Mac) did revolutionize gaming in a lot of ways... the original SimCity and Myst as examples

For their time these games were the best of the best (in the case of pathways into darkness especially).

I have completed all the games In the marathon series and they were great when I played them, I've also played Bugdom and myst which are still to this day being produced for games consoles! If you like puzzles and mysteries play myst of even better, riven!

Also don't forget nanosaur or games from ambrosia software. The EV series and maelstrom were great! (If you have a pc check out ev nov

Well, the Blizzard games are quality games (and with Steam now being available on Mac, I guess we will see more ports for the Mac in the future, Half Life 2 for instance already got ported with Steam I think).

I remember having played Iron Helix early in the 90s on a Mac. Not the best game but I definitely feel nostalgic when remembering it.
