Where was this movie shot ? I know the name "Amatrello" was made up for the film, but what of the village we see at the begining of this trailer ? Does it really exist or is it just a scenery ?
The film was shot in Ventotene - for the most part - between April and June 2007. Very little was changed - it's that pretty! - except the sister's house in the panoramic shot of the island is superimposed as the neighbouring island, in truth, has an old prison building on it.
