Canada needs a low Canadian dollar...everytime the dollar gets strong, the government goes into a panic. This is just a scare piece that holds no merit. I guess they have they're fingers crossed and hope nobody remember that the Canadian dollar used to trade at 66 cents and everything in Canada was booming.
