The comment on the video is that "you can buy real estate with no money down, if you know how to find them." Many people are successful at it. The problem often arises that many jump into what looks like a no money down deal to discover,after taking title, that they face a lot of expenses they did not prepare for, such as negative cash flows, repairs, etc.
