Well i dont know if u tried this but have u jailbreaked it? Because i did so i have to delete everything.i couldnt get my apps back.So i pressed update then purchess whatever its spelled.then click all or not on this ipod and the apps u click are free,but only the ones u bought.Lets say u bought mighty eagle for angry birds.You say HEY WHERE IS IT!! Just click buy again then it will say you have to pay 99 cents.Even if u dont have money,just click yes.Then it will say u already purchess(watever
