  • thanks dr john,im not a runner but im kinda using this in my walking style.im watching you over my dinner. crushed my 3 cloves real garlic local let sit 15 minutes,then top with vegetable pasta,lettuce,cucumber, veggie pasta sauce and im full ! type1 diabetic 37 yrs 5;10 172 lbs resting heart rate 117-74 47 yrs age,if you ever have any questions let me know.it may interest you. im really enjoying your videos.thanks for the work you put in.
