windfang is a good fighter who understands authority because he was a man of rank. As a result he would a good asset to Wrathmon because he could get the job done without fail.

I think he could kill Wrathmon if he wanted to.

I never understand villains like wrath. I understand why he turned that African into skullgour, he was loyal to him, but why would he turn an enemy who came to fight and destroy him into something so powerful, why would he him into wingfang

I think it's because Windfang was a general to a human army, so he knows how humans fight. With someone like him at his command, he would know how to tell when humans would attack and why. Check on episode 14. Turning Windfang into a monster would give him motivation to do as he says.
