  • PEOPLE, BE NOT DECEIVED! THAT DIET IS NOT GOOD! IT MAY CAUSE YOU MAAAAAAAANY PROBLEMS, JUST EAT SIMPLE PLANT (COOKED AND RAW) FOOD AND DO NOT WORRY ABOUT YOUR HEALTH. PLEASE, BE NOT DECEIVED, DO NOT CONCENTRATE SO MUCH ON FOOD LIKE EVERY RAW FOODIST I'VE MET. IT MAY BECOME A MANIA FOR YOU! THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER MORE IMPORTANT THINGS IN THE WORLD TO CONCENTRATE ON! PLEASE BELIEVE ME! LOVE!

  • wow! I never ate 10 bananas in a week, so 10 bananas in one smoothie would blow my head off, I never thought of a raw food diet before I watched this, no cooker required, one point you missed is the reward from fasting, not eating for 3-4 days, just water, and it's wierd how you don't feel hungry just before you breakfast and have a meal, I feel dizzy but not hungry, and pure green tea is liquid gold compared to coffee, keeps you young, reverses ageing process quite a bit, good video btw.

  • thx you 4 this im inspired

  • How do i start eating so MUCH? at a time? lets say 7-10 banans or something? in the first days when im getting used to eating so much would i not be eating enough calories? or should i just try to add them in with dates and grapes or something?

Also can you do a video about what to do when your family is eating the regluar christmas dinner ? and new years dinner. ANd your the only one eating fruit?? how to handle that?

  • @DarlingKaya Start slowly. Add one extra bite at each meal & build up to larger amounts over a long period of time. I started out with 4 bananas & worked my up to 10 over a period of a year. I focused on bananas & dates because they're so high in calories & it's easy to get a lot of calories with a small bowl of dates. Grapes are great too, especially blended because you can easily eat a lot more when stuff is liquified. I did a lot of blending, still do. Great vid idea! I'll do that. :0)

  • @rawsynergytv Thank you so much, maby show us what youve been eating for christmas dinner and how your night is, do you spend it with raw eaters or meat eaters or what? :D Looking so much forward to that video ! :D

  • I want to ask you... I'm new to raw and have early understood that I'm not satisfied if I'm not eating a big amount of fruits. Eating so much raw, is already expensive for me, so obviously I really can't buy any organic. Do you think it worths it eating non organic? And does it count as a raw diet?

  • @99sra Yes, definitely. Google EWG's list of the dirty dozen & buy those foods organic or not at all. Other foods like bananas and mangoes that have thicker skin & are higher up on a tree are safer to eat conventional. If you do a little searching you can find places that will sell you a case of bananas super cheap. Bananas and dates are a great staple of this diet when you're on a budget. It's absolutely doable. Raw food is raw food, whether organic or conventional. :0)

  • @rawsynergytv Aw thank you for answering me, you are so sweet!

  • I feel motivated but scared at the same time... I've been on so many diets, I feel like a failure, I want to be healthy...I can't even play with my kids :.( I went shopping for all my fruits veggies nuts... Can u please direct me to a support group... Its been 25 years of trying to lose weight alone, obviously not working...I need help. Thank you for taking the time to read my plea for help.

  • @76mrsdarcy You haven't failed. You've just found a lot of diets that don't work. Now you have the right information that will work. Just take it one step at a time, one day at a time. You can DO this! I'm excited for you! There are many great forums online for wonderful support. Check out the links page on my website, rawsynergy. 30bananasaday is a great place for support & information plus there are many others. I highly recommend all of them. Wishing you great health & much success! Big hugs!

  • I was doing fine and very happy eating raw food until Winter came. Once it was cold outside I was sad that I began wanting warm food again and was back to cooking. What do people do in the winter with raw food?

  • @madamealexis It can be tricky to adjust but once you start feeling the benefits of this diet, it becomes much easier to want to stick to it, even in the winter. Exercise really helps to keep the blood flowing & the body warm. If you have fruit in the fridge, take it out a few hours before you eat it so it's not cold. Dress warmer. Make some comforting dishes like fruity "porridge" w/ bananas, apples & cinnamon for breakfast & maybe some lfr apple pie for dessert. Try a raw veggie stew too. :0)

  • I love your videos. I agree - "A day in the life of" video would be fantastic! :)

  • did you gain weight from this diet because you eating so many more calories then normal? or because its all raw did you stay the same weight?

  • @belrich08 I was very under weight when I started this diet and needed to gain, so I did gain some much needed weight. I find that people who need to gain will gain, people who need to lose weight will lose it and people who are the right size will just maintain the weight they're at. The diet is very balancing when followed properly.

  • thaNK U SO MUCH FOR SHARING THIS INFORMATION WITH US

  • I like your vids...

(get closer to your mic - maybe a lapel mic)

  • I love your videos. My ultimate goal is to be 100% Raw and as spiritual that I can humanly be. I love gourmet raw foods too. Do you own a dehydrator and do you ever make gourmet raw foods?

  • @RawVeganLoverGirl Thank you! Really happy you like the videos. I don't have a dehydrator. I got rid of it about 4 weeks after trying it out. It was just too complicated and time consuming for me. I don't make any high fat gourmet meals but I'm not opposed to preparing a really good gourmet low fat meal if I find one. I don't do well with fat but if I did, I might indulge in a little high fat gourmet a couple times a year. :0)

  • I don't do the Raw thing or even Vegan, but I do try to incorporate these meals into my diet from time to time, and am currently trying to decide my "one meal a day" to start with. I don't think I"ll ever be 100% raw or vegan, but as a non-veggie I really appreciate the way you handle this (no judgement), and your understanding that not everyone can just "start" being vegan going 0 to 60. Always love your vids and learn so much from you!

  • YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY MAKE A RAW VEGAN COOK BOOK, THAT INCLUDES MEAL PLANNERS WHERE YOU SHOW HOW MANY CALORIES AND THE PERCENTAGES FOR EACH MEAL...THAT WAY PEOPLE WON'T GET CONFUSED...BEFORE I THOUGHT MEAL PLANNERS WERE A JOKE AND I COULDN'T EVEN RELATE TO THEM, BUT I CAN SEE NOW HOW THEY WOULD BE SUPER DUPER RELEVANT...IMAGINE THIS ALICIA...RAWSYNERGY FOODS....DAMN THAT WOULD BE GOOD...THE 801010 ANSWER TO JENNY CRAIG....THERE'S YOUR FIRST BILLION RIGHT THERE...I CAN SEE IT ALL NOW...ALICIACORP

  • Thanks for this, just what I needed today

  • great videos, like always =)

  • Check your basal temperature in the morning - read the detox miracle book from Dr. Robert Morse, eat the fruit the way this lady says. Thank you for this information. Much love

  • Great video & advice, Alicia!! You look beautiful in pink! xx

  • Thanks. This is good, practical advice; you have an effective manner of taking what has become second nature to you and explaining it in a positive and supportive way for someone for whom this is a whole new experience. Your videos are always helpful and engaging.

  • i have a question - whats ur energy level like throughout the day on this raw food diet?

  • @0409dinosaur It's steady and consistent. Not like the old days when I used to need a nap in the afternoon. :0)

  • I found green smoothies to be really helpful in the beginning. Frozen banana, apple, orange juice, water and spinach and blend well. Start going to farmers' markets. Stay clear of the "gourmet" raw foods until you are well established in a simple daily menu. There's lots of YouTubers too. See EasyToBeRaw, LizyArtur and GreenSmoothieGirl - get inspired!!! Much love to all new LFRV's.

  • @SeventiesGirl1961 Excellent advice! Thank you for sharing with everyone. :0)

  • i also live in ny so the fruit selections not always the best

  • @jillr0 The Fruitarian lives in NY and he's THE fruit eater. There's always connections, sometimes it just takes a little searching to find the right produce stores. I actually know of a few people who live in or near NY that are very successful with this diet. :0)

  • I was eating banana ice cream when you mentioned it! Ha. Great video.

  • i want to be raw but i i don't like salad and so the raw foods i do like i eat them so much that i get sick of them quick. i got a book but to complicated . i don't know :(

  • @jillr0 It helps to have a lot more variety. There are so many different varieties of fruit and greens and when you combine certain ones together they create a whole new flavor. It may be time to get a little creative and experiment with different fruits and maybe some new recipes. You don't have to eat salad, it's just helpful and easy for those who do enjoy it. :0)

  • nice video, but also everything is more clear after blood tests... i think you should have mentioned that also. but it's ok.

  • @amirprog This is true and I do have a video showing my blood test results if people are interested. Thank you for sharing. :0)

  • thankyou for sharing
