The imposed wars of 1992-94 were not ideological but were inflicted upon us by Iran and Pakistan. There were partisan fights. 2 parties fighting against government. In both sides there were a mix of ethnicities and religious sects.
Now 700 people are not killed in Afshar. (as 25000 werent killed by communists in Herat) The death toll is not beyond 70 ppl and that is a big margin
