This song was actualy called 几度花落时。The pace is faster (by 2). Many singers. But dont know how come this Cantonese version really mess up the song.

First of all, this is not a folk song; it was composed in the 1930s under the title 彩云追月 by the Chinese composer Ren Guang (任光; 1900-1941). The version you know as 几度花落时 is a pop song that is based on 彩云追月 but with added Mandarin lyrics, recorded probably in the early 1970s by Teresa Teng, with a cha-cha-style beat.

Oh,this is the first time I heard this song with the vocal. I have heard this on my phone ringtone for long and don't know the title.
