I weeped watching this as I have been accused of the same crime... raising my daughter for 7 years and being accused of parental alienation even when there was surmounting evidence that father rebuked visitation even on cross examination and direct questioning he admitted he stopped his own visits! March 1, 2011... Justice will be served!

I'm going through the same thing....because my ex pretends to be something he isn't I can't get the judge to take away visitation which is my son leaving twice a year for two months 13 hours away from me where i have no idea whats going on and can't stop it AFTER i showed very good evidence in court against him the judge passed me off as just another mother trying to be spitful toward the father and acted like the stuff i did show him he never saw and didn't let me show everthing i had to show

You are so brave and so strong and I am so proud of what you are doing for your mother. Your mother is an amazingly brave woman who LOVES her children. Now this video is good. This video has substance. I still disagree with the ruling, that parental alienation can be subdued. Its a lose lose situation. Collin's may have deserved to come home, and be defended, but this opens holes for abductions nation wide with out penalty.

My father was exactly like that. I am glad your mother got you away from him. I was sexually abused by him from the time i was nine until 12. Even though CSB got involved, they did nothing but give him a slap on the hand. I despise these people, they know nothing. Your mom is a good mom, and she shouldnt go to jsil for something the law should have done in the first place, kept you away from him.

I was also accused of PAS and MSBP and threatened with jail.

Good job Holly. I kidknapped my son from his abusive father when he was 11. I didn't understand domestic violence at the time and thought the anger was just at me. I had escaped years earlier but had wanted my son to have his father in his life, so acquiesced to visits. The police came, but I was lucky enough to get out of the state before they found me, I would do it again. My son is now a university grad. living a violence free life and I am a domestic violence advocate. Hang in there.

The restraining order stop here to protect the abusive parents (middle to upper class income) with child molestation, many different forms of abuse/negligence, pornography, child endangerment, history of drug/alcohol, Domestic Violence, etc. Domestic Violence in Marin has climbed 34% in the past six years. Child protection became involved when my parents were still married because of his abuse! This is the problem with men like you! You stand blindly behind your cause and you sacrifice innocent children to known abusers. Even father's rights groups should have the courage and decency to protect children who are abused!
