  • I'm on the side of the man who is not a slave owner of the seventeenth century who believes that leeches are medicines.

  • @NLSJ

Well if you believe that leeches are medicines then no wonder you're such a moron.

  • @SovereignStatesman ...the man who is NOT...

It seems that you did well in elementary school. Maybe if you try a little you will learn to read.

  • @NLSJ It seems you FLUNKED elementary school if you can't figure out that self-defense is an assured right of the individual against the choices of others to VIOLATE said rights.

  • LAFD54, you are the idiot. I

  • I like legos.

  • @LAFD54 In England you're not allowed to own a gun, perhaps you should move there since you hate the laws here in the land of the free.

  • Yall read the federalist papers.

  • Wow. This is interesting. I seem to have found the open racist hillbilly channel, or so I assume from the posts.

  • @dtorfleming what is your point? show me an openly racist individual and i will show you an honest human being. and how can you tell by the posts that the people writing them are of scots irish decent? or are you just generalizing like an ignorant fool?

  • @amyhuk

I'm glad you openly claim to be a racist. I agree that it would be a better world if you all wore some insignia so we could identify you easily. Can you confirm that you view yourself as a republican and a conservative?

  • @dtorfleming i am a southern democrat and in the union

  • @dtorfleming its simple i look out for myself. my family my friends my race and my nation. in that order. everyone else can kiss my ass i dont owe them a damn thing

  • @dtorfleming Virgil Cain is my name and i served on the Danville train. that was untill Stonemans cavalry came and tore up the tracks again. it was in the winter of 65 we were cold wet hungry just barely alive it was the week that Richmond fell it was i time i remember oh so well the night they drove ol dixie down and all the bands were singing the night they drove ol dixie down and all the children were teasing they went naa na na na na naaa na na na naa na na na na naa

  • @dtorfleming why would you think im a conservative? i want to legalize ALL drugs not just pot. i want to bring home ALL the troops from around the world and put them on OUR borders. I dont really have an opinion on gay marriage one way or the other especially if they are from other races. in fact i would encourage non white homosexuality and condemn white homosexuals to death. also i would subsidize getting people sterilized. hardly the views of a conservatard

  • @amyhuk

Thanks. You are no longer of any interest. Just another lunatic.

  • @dtorfleming it was the gay thing wasnt it? OOOOOWIE THATS A BINGO!!! is that what you say?

  • News Flash: a legal gun owner and NRA member in Wellington Florida successfully defended himself with his handgun and rifle against a 5 and a 6 year old child and his wife. All 3 assailants were shot dead as dad exercised self-defense against his children's questions and the evening dinner prepared by his wife.

Every day there is another article and more proof that only criminals commit gun crimes.

  • @dtorfleming

Eat shit outta yo momma's asshole. .. i.e your siblings.

  • Gun-control nuts also say that killing someone in self-defense is worse than their committing the crime and getting away alive... which doesn't speak very highly of the victim's rights.

I say kill the criminals in the act, and save the cost of catching, convicting and jailing them-- and the risk of their not being caught or punished.

    Violent riminals HAVE no rights.

  • @SovereignStatesman If 7 out of 10 attempted rapes, burglaries, mass shootings, muggings, car jackings, ect, ect, ended with the perpetrator being shot dead the crime rate in America would drop through the floor. Atlanta had a bad problem with car jackings back in the 90’s. The state legislature passed a law that declared a persons car private property equivalent to a home so that anyone can carry a gun in their car.

  • @SovereignStatesman Car jackings all but stopped after 5 or 6 car jackers got shot and killed.

  • @ymp5000

Clearly word gets around-- Charles Bronson had the right idea in Death Wish LOL

  • @SovereignStatesman I also believe it will serve as a far better deterrent than the 3 star hotels "cough" jails we have in place as well.

  • @SovereignStatesman Of course. Legitimate process, a fair trial, presumption of innocence ... How could anyone think that these are important things? Clearly your wallet is worth a human life.

  • Comment removed

  • @SovereignStatesman You saidand, nd I quote: "Violent riminals (sic) HAVE no rights.". In the best spirit of a fascist.

A person has the right to life, it is above all. So self-defense must be proportional, and the use of police force must be controlled. Otherwise, we moved to a barbaric state where everything is resolved at gunpoint.

And no, nobody deserves to die. And I'm happy to live in a country where the constitution forbids the death penalty under any circumstances.

  • @NLSJ SELF-DEFENSE, asshole.

  • @SovereignStatesman Proportional self-defense. Redneck.

  • @NLSJ

EFFECTIVE self-defense erring on the side of personal safety, moron.

  • @SovereignStatesman That the word is in capital letters, does not make it a legal term.

  • @NLSJ

No, the legal term would be "qui destruit medium destruit finem"

Harvard class of '04, summa cum laude

  • @SovereignStatesman Really? You'll try to say "Harvard" after hinting that there was a human being without rights.

The Youtube law degrees are very easy to get.

  • @NLSJ

    You would know.

  • What is sharlington? I could not find the definition word of sharlington on the web.

  • @royaladam

"Charlatan" is the word in question.

  • why does cartoon Jefferson look like cartoon Washington?

  • I'm still trying to figure why gun nuts don't worship Obama since he has done nothing to hinder gun rights. In fact he enabled legal gun posession on national parks.

What is the point of this silly video? The point appears to be to pretent that Obama is an enemy of gun rights. Can anyone back that up? It's a thin lie.

  • The most obvious problem here is that Jefferson is talking to Obama as if they are equals, which would be surprising for a slave owner. Perhaps Obama should start off the discussion by asking Jefferson how he can justify any of his positions if he owned other human beings.

Then Jefferson could make the point that because he owned guns he could compel obedience from his slaves with the threat of violence.

Oh, and Obama might mention that he has done nothing to limit gun rights.

  • Are legal owners of concealed handguns more likely to use them in such situations? In 31 states, some of which have had concealed weapons laws for decades, there is only one recorded incident (earlier this year in Texas) in which a concealed handgun, was used in a shooting following an accident. Even in that one case, a grand jury found that the shooting was in self-defense: The shooter was being beaten by the other driver.

  • Why do conservatives like to trot out Jefferson when it comes to stuff like this, but pretend he never existed when religion and the separation of church and state are brought up?

  • @EmperorofCartoons While in office Jefferson attended church in the Capital building and signed an executive order to have the Marine Corp Band play hymnals for the service. Liberals have taken the words “separation of church and state” out of a letter Jefferson wrote twisted its meaning and made it the law of the land.

  • @ymp5000 The Constitution says that Congress shall make no laws concerning the establishment and free practice their of (paraphrasing) but places no restrictions on a state to do so. Not saying I would support telling Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists or Jews they cant have a church in any given state but I sure would like to b an any more muslims from interring the U.S.. But we cant even keep Mexican peasants from sneaking in so…

  • @ymp5000

And I'd like to kick the ignorant racists and bigots out of the US, you know the ones with an irrational fear of other religions and minorities, the ones too stupid to know that it's the Mexican peasants that collect the food the we eat from the fields.

  • @dtorfleming You cant even define “racist” and you support slaver. “go pick me some oranges Mexican.” Is that it? You just want them here so produce stays as cheap as possible?

  • @ymp5000

You wrote: "You cant even define “racist” and you support slaver." Why?

  • @dtorfleming slavery... sorry

  • @dtorfleming If a person who doesn’t like black people drives 20 miles out of his way to bowl at an ally with fewer black patron because he is a bigot who did he hurt?

  • @ymp5000

In you example he didn't hurt anyone. That's why racism isn't illegal. Are you suggesting that avoiding the black bowling ally is what the KKK screams about?

  • @dtorfleming There was no inherent racism in the hypothetical scenario I gave. You interjected that. There is a difference between racism, bigotry and prejudice. You want illegal immigrants in America so they can do shit jobs for next to nothing in pay there for you support slavery.

  • @ymp5000

You are splitting hairs. Your hypothetical character doesn't like black people he is by definition a racist: he doens't like them because of thier race. Hello!

And you are intellectually dishonest or mentally slow. Slavery is when you make people work against their will, not when you allow them to come if they elect to do so for their own reasons. And those 'shit jobs' to you are big bucks to them.

Are you very young or just very ignorant?

  • @dtorfleming No, the definition of a racist is a person who consider his/her race to be superior to some or all other races you dumb fuck. A person who doesn’t like people of other races is a bigot and a person who make prejudgments about other people for one reason or another is prejudice.

  • @ymp5000

No, dumbshit. A racist is someone who uses race to judge someone else. You're an asshole as well as a racist apparently.

  • @dtorfleming Well then the DOJ is also touting KKK propaganda because that is where I got those statistics. Also, a person who makes judgments based upon race is prejudice, we already went over this. Give it up lil’ feller. You don’t have the mental firepower to engage me in intellectual combat.

  • @ymp5000

You're such a joker. Name the DOJ report.

  • @dtorfleming

    wikipedia. org/wiki/Race_and_crime_in_the_United_States

    And

    wnd. com/2006/02/34888/

There is more on this but I am going to bed. I put in 15.5 hrs today and I have to be out the door again in 6 hours.

  • @ymp5000

Just to let you know, wikipedia is not a DOJ report. And I just read your article and I find nothing to back up your claim that black men raped 65000 white women in 2009. It appears you are lying. I'd be happy if you can correct me and your support is actually in the article, but at this point it looks like you made it up.

  • @dtorfleming At this point I am bound by personal conviction to admit I was wrong. I was wrong about the number of white women raped by black men. The statistics were brought to my attention over a year ago and every once in a while I fail to recall correctly. The latest numbers on this are from 2005 and it is 37,460 white females raped by black males. Black females raped by white males… less than 10.

  • @ymp5000

Remember my comment about your stats being from the KKK? Now go type into your search engine anything alluding to the rape of white women by black men. You come up with the David Duke site and an endless stream to white power and racist sites.

How does it feel to have those guys at your back? That's your team.

  • @dtorfleming Did you or did you not look at the DOJ report? Even Hitler got one thing right, the VW Beetle.

  • @ymp5000

No, no I didn't look it up. I may or may not be true. But there is no way I'm going to engage a KKK member in an arguement about how evil black people are.

The discussion here is about gun rights. You felt it necessary to force in the topic of how black men rape white women. You are a racist. Goodbye.

  • @dtorfleming Pussy, the point is about facts. But hey, you retarded liberals only like the facts that don’t make you look stupid. Also, I never said black people are evil…. You did.

  • @ymp5000

Show me my quote of me saying black people are evil.

You white pride losers are a sickness in this country. No matter what the discussion is you have to scream out that blacks and other minorities are to blame. Turn your gun on yourself before you do something stupid(er) and end up on death row.

  • @dtorfleming “But there is no way I'm going to engage a KKK member in an arguement about how evil black people are.” I am not now nor have I ever been a white supremacist nor do I have any intention of shooting anyone. I also have no problem admitting that white men are more likely to be child molesters and serial killers. BTW, you misspelled argument.

  • @ymp5000 "I am not now nor have I ever been a white supremacist"

You didn't HAVE to; liberals always argue by throwing throw defamatory labels at anyone who disagrees with them.

Any white who disagrees with a black is automatically racist, just like any gentile who disagrees with a Jew is an anti-semite, just like anyone who thinks that a president should be a natural-born citizen is a "birther" etc.

It's how they get around facts and logic through personal attacks.

  • @SovereignStatesman you are a Nazi (sarcasm) i completely agree. you know one thing that gets under my skin more than anything? how when i take an AP test or SAT or anything that asks for my race, has African American, Pacific Islander, and White. white is a color, not a race. isnt it considered racist to call an african american black? than why isnt it racist to call Caucasians (proper term that should be used on these things) whites?

  • @ymp5000 lol what evidence do you have white men are more likely to be child molesters or serial killers? oh thats right the left wing media said it...it must be true...show real facts or else you are a muppet

  • @amyhuk According to the U. S. Department of Justice Bureau of Justice Statistics show that nearly 70% of males convicted of child molestation were white males. Between 1945 and 2004, 323 white males and 90 black males were tagged “serial killer” by the FBI. Facts is facts. You don’t have to like it but you need to know it. Don’t ever confuse me with a liberal again, you almost made my shoot my laptop.

  • @ymp5000 as far as convicted child molesters go that isnt surprising seeing that whites are the majority and minorities dont report child molestation. molesting children is ingrained into their culture. at least it is for hispanics. its a tradition that gos back to pre columbian times. i found that out from my mexican girlfriend apparently i had been sharing her with at least a dozen of her family members. and 90 black serial killers is pretty damn high for such a small segment of the population

  • @dtorfleming Department of Justice document on Criminal Victimization in the United States, 2005, table 42. 111,590 white victims of rape/sexual assault in 2005. In those 111,590 cases in which a white woman was the victim of rape/sexual assault, the offender was white in 44.5 percent of the cases and black in 33.6 percent of the cases. Considering they make up about 12% of the population compared to 77% white.

  • @dtorfleming The same 2005 United States Department of Justice report on violent crimes stated that of the "perceived race" of the offenders in single-offender violent crimes, 43.3% were White, 21.0% were Black, and 9.6% were other races and the remaining 26.0% of offenders of unknown race. All that being said, I would still rather my daughter marry a black conservative than a white liberal.

  • @dtorfleming Why? because none of this has anything to do with skin color. It is all about culture.

  • @dtorfleming racism is normal. it stems from when we (all races) lived communally in clans. and anybody who wasnt in your clan was a competitor for life giving resources. homogeneous societies are more stable. not to say you dont want new blood every once in a while but it needs to be controlled. otherwise your society will be torn apart by the invaders who dont nessesarily have your best interest at heart. just because you are touchy feely doesnt mean they arent grabby takey

  • @amyhuk

That's in interesting mechanism by which to justify racism. The problem is that I'm not 1500 years old and not part of a tribe the needs to defend my society against the black family that lives in the house next door. And any racist urges I have to view them poorly against all evidence now does my society and my personal situation harm.

Given my Viking heritage you might also say it is natural for me to cross the channel & slaughter and rob the villager there. But probably not.

  • @dtorfleming alot of words but you still didnt explain how being racist hurts society. blacks hispanics asians are all racist. even the vikings were racist. they thought they were better than the slavik people they captured...hence the word "slave" and that was against other white people. grow up boy being racist is ingrained into the human experience. its in escapeable. look in the mirror. you THINK you are better than me right? you proved my point brilliantly

  • @amyhuk

Do you have anything to post worth responding to?

  • @dtorfleming ha ha typical leftie when confronted with the cold hard truth you put your head in the sand. you are welcome for the lesson in humility. now make me a turkey pot pie bitch

  • @dtorfleming Maybe the bowler pays attention to statistics like black men raped 65000 white women in 2009 as opposed to less than 10 cases vise-versa. Or how white people arte 50 times more likely to victimized by blacks than vise-versa. Maybe he just dislikes hiphop culture.

  • @ymp5000

Nice. You are citing KKK propaganda to attack blacks. That's awesome.

  • @dtorfleming The fact that you assumed he was a racist proves that you are prejudice and probably a bigot. I bet you don’t like rednecks do you? I misused the word “slavery” to prove a point about how word have definitions. What you support in relation to illegal immigrants is called exploitation and you absolutely do support that. BTW, you just got owned bitch.

  • @ymp5000 Not at all. Jefferson's thoughts on church and its role in government are made plain to see by reading his writings. No one has twisted a thing, his words stand for themselves. Benjamin Franklin's as well. Our founders, while they may have been Christians, were nowhere in the same league as "conservatives" of today.

  • @EmperorofCartoons In 1801, the Danbury Baptist Association of Danbury, Connecticut, heard a rumor that the Congregationalist denomination was about to be made the national denomination. This prompted a letter to be sent to Jefferson asking if it was true. January 1, 1802, Jefferson wrote the Danbury Baptists, assuring them that "the First Amendment has erected a wall of separation between church and state."

  • @EmperorofCartoons His letter explained that they need not fear the establishment of a national denomination and that while the wall of the First Amendment would protect the church from government control, there always would be open and free religious expression of all orthodox religious practices.

  • @EmperorofCartoons Jeffersons ideas on religion are nowhere better expressed than in his compilations of extracts from the New Testament "The Philosophy of Jesus" (1804) and "The Life and Morals of Jesus" (1819).

  • the last line sums up his whole presidency

  • You could have come up with a lot of better TJ quotes than than inserting the "morally superior" line

  • This video is a paranoid lie from right-wing nut cases. Obama has done exactly nothing to inhibit gun ownership and in fact approved gun posession in state parks. You have to be a serious a-hole to support these lies.

BTW, I've never met anyone who defended themselves with a gun, but I do have 2 personal friends who are now dead due to handgun accidents.

  • @dtorfleming Handgun accidents? Do explain. And sense you have never met someone who has saved their own life or someone else's with a firearm that means that it never happens right? Ironic that states and countries with stricter gun laws have higher violent crime rates then ones that have looser gun laws.

  • @CaptRamrod01 "Ironic that states and countries with stricter gun laws have higher violent crime rates then ones that have looser gun laws."

Hold on now. Thats not true. I am all for gun ownership and the 2nd amendment, but to be honest, the countries with the lowest crime rates are typically the ones with the most gun control. I dont think that's justification for gun control laws nor do I believe those low crime rates come solely from said laws, but nonetheless a fact is a fact.

  • @EmperorofCartoons Although Brazil has 100 million fewer citizens than the United States, and more restrictive gun laws, there are 25 percent more gun deaths; other sources indicate that homicide rates due to guns are approximately four times higher than the rate in the United States.

  • @intrepidorator And what about other major nations? Most of Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada? All tighter gun laws, all lower crime rates. Again, I am all for gun ownership, both concealed and open carry. I think our gun laws are TOO strict as is.

  • @EmperorofCartoons Lets compare apples to apples shall we... In America, what cities have the highest violent gun crimes? The answer.. the cities with the most restrictive gun laws.. I live in a small town in Oklahoma, I have had a concealed carry permit for 8 years. I have never had to shoot anyone but on 2 occasions my gun saved my ass.

Australia is a good example of an increase in crime after gun confiscation.

  • The Fucking Truth!!!!!!!!!!!

  • if only washington & jefferson were here today

  • are you people really stupid enough to vote for anyone on the ballot right now other than Paul. are you really that darn dumb? maybe you are.

  • @sssssjjjj1 We would vote for Paul if he wasn't so naive on foreign security. And no, we don't mean "Attack any country we don't like". We mean, "when a country like Iran willingly talks about annihilating other nations, all the while building nuclear technology, you should at least keep US military intervention an OPTION".

    OPTION.

  • @elvisfan22 you mistake ron pauls foriegn policy. of course US military intervention is an option. infact the REASON he wants to bring all the troops home from the 900 or so military instillations around the world is so that IF we need to attack a nation like Iran we can do so EN MASSE bring the FULL might of our military to bear not just small fraction. in the mean time we would post them on our borders north and south

  • @amyhuk Hmm well if that "is" what his foreign policy is then I would agree. But I hear him say things like "Iran is no threat because those people barely have cars" and it makes him sound very naive.

  • @elvisfan22 the reason he doesnt want to nuke iran is because it is an aryan nation. catherine belle is from iran. what needs to happen is regime change. get rid of the muslim fundamentalists (and muslims for that matter) return a secular govt with a zoarostrian religious foundation. remember a little over 30 years ago Iran was our staunch and LOYAL ally. unlike most of back stabbers today. obama had the opportunity a few years back but he took a hands off policy.......

  • @elvisfan22 the tiny insignificant island of guam has 9000 military personell on it...and our southern border less than 1800...does that make sense to you? the purpose of having a military is to keep the nation from being invaded...so why isnt the military doing its job? because we most certainly ARE being invaded by foriegn nationals who could give a rats ass less if we live or die.

  • @amyhuk Well I actually agree with you 100% on this specific statement. However, that still doesn't change the idea that allowing someone like Hitler to rise when the writing was on the wall is what lead to the death of 70 million people.

  • Ron Paul 2012, The Last Best Hope For AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Yes we CAIN! 2012

  • @BarryDead Cain is pro state gun bans.

  • @MrFlintlox Cain:“I don’t believe states should restrict access to guns, but what if a state wants to pass background checks? What if a state wants to pass carry-and-conceal? That’s what I’m talking about,” he said.

  • @BarryDead Cain said twice on air that he believes in state control of guns. That quote came after he made those statements in an effort to back pedal from his ignorance.

He's as pro 2A as Romney is, with his qualifying of state gun control. The background checks are already nationwide, which further suggests he's talking about limiting individual sales, ccw talk is nothing more than further restrictions. He doesn't think 2A is individual right, but a privilege allowed by the state.

  • @MrFlintlox Both Romney and Cain will tell you what you want to hear, just take a look at their voting record if you want to see what they'll *DO*. Or, do a little research and see who owns them (yes, they're owned) and imagine their owner's agenda, and that's how they'll behave when you throw them into office. Furthermore, look into their education, their professions, and their performance in their field. Losers are Losers, changing your title doesn't make a difference.

  • Libertarians, like myself, are not liberals. We side with liberals on some issues and conservatives on others. We are opposite of Authoritarians. Libertarians is derived, or vice versa, from the word liberty not liberal.

  • @rofllolzkek: And classic liberals are modern conservatives--before they became neoconservatives.

  • I'm pretty conflicted on this topic. I live in a neighborhood where gun violence is, while not a daily event, not unheard of. There have been killings on my block. Guns are commonplace and can be bought in pawn shops. I have also lived in places with strict gun control laws, and gun violence was unheard of, and murders were quite rare. I like guns, I'm ex-military, I enjoy target shooting, it's a constant tug of war, which side do I agree with?

  • @bokesnmokes the side that recognizes your inalienable right to keep and bear arms.

  • in all honesty I do not like obama too much but I hate the people that voted for him. but I am rooting for him the get things done like any REAL AMERICAN should.

  • Wow! A dope smoking liberal agreeing with the republicans? Amazing, I didn't know you people were like that.

  • actually libertarians ARE classical liberals.

  • Give back our rights!!! let us the people re-unite and overthrow this corrupt government.

  • FUCK YES!

  • @PunkRockLibertarian - "maybe it'll be successful, like the war on drugs"

Could not have been said better...

  • use a tazer like the police

  • @creapah Tazers can be easily defeated by thick clothing, they only work when both darts penetrate the skin, and they only work on one person at a time. Most street crime is very rarely 1 on 1.

  • YUP....!

  • Funny ha

  • You are the coolest liberal ever. Finally a liberal that understands gun rights

  • @woodsman513 libertarian does not equal liberal. (libertarian: One who advocates maximizing individual rights and minimizing the role of the state)

  • @PunkRockLibertarian Woops. Now I know thank you for the correction.

  • @PunkRockLibertarian It equals classical liberal, which is the true liberal, not the statist punks who have co-opted the term.

  • @PunkRockLibertarian the founding fathers were libertarian, like me :D

  • @PunkRockLibertarian Libertarianism is a form of classical liberalism. What Americans call "liberal" today tends to range from the centrist social liberals to the left-wing democratic socialists. Kind of a misnomer I think, classical liberals are the "true" liberals :)

  • @woodsman513 no... Not liberal.

  • Awesome video, keep up the good work :)

  • Personally I think both sides are looking at gun control all wrong. What makes the most sense to me as a gun owner, is to not ban the ownership of firearms, but to instead enforce a national carry permit. That way, much like a Driver's license you don't need different permits to carry a gun in different states, and while you can own a gun without a permit, you cannot carry it outside of your property without a permit. But that's just me.

  • @YNot1989 We already have a permit... It's called the 2nd amendment. You wouldn't get a church permit, you wouldn't get a free speech permit. We have enough bullshit permits already. More government red tape will accomplish nothing but make a couple more bucks for the State to irresponsibly spend and be hindrance to law abiding citizens. What part of "shall not be infringed" do you not understand? it's the difference between a right and a privilege.

  • @PunkRockLibertarian The second amendment is a relic, a vestige from a more primitive and barbaric age, and in 2011, we do not need it. I, personally, want to see the second amendment stricken from the Constitution. However, if that is not possible, permits are the best option. We cannot have people running around with guns, like their cell phones, it doesn't make sense and its dangerous. What happened in Arizona would never have happened if we had stricter gun control laws and if idiotic.......

  • @RorshachKovacs Over 99% of guns that are purchased legally are never used in a crime. Gun laws restrict law abiding citizens. Criminals obtain their guns illegally therefore gun laws are ineffective b/c criminals don't follow laws. We could just make guns illegal. Let's have a War on Guns! Maybe it will be as successful as the War on Drugs :)

  • @PunkRockLibertarian warmongers like Sarah Palin were not going around irresponsibly promoting messages of violence, causing her brain-dead, paranoid flunkies, such as yourself, to go out and parrot her ridiculous views.

  • @RorshachKovacs Wow!!! I have no idea why you would assume I am a fan of Palin. That is definitely not the case...

  • There are at least 7 doucheballs who hate your Righteous Liberty

  • By the way, you have the name of Jefferson's book wrong. You wanna be picky? I'll be a complete BITCH.

The Jefferson book by it's actual name is "Legal Commonplace Book."

The quote that you are stealing from Beccaria and are trying to claim Jefferson said, that comes from the book "Essay on Crimes and Punishments."

How in the world could you ever confuse Beccaria for Jefferson? You would have to be a complete DOLT to do that!! Your name is right in one respect, you are a punk bent on lying.

  • go jefferson !

  • The 2nd American Revolution.....2011-2012???

  • If America is trying to be like England and completely ban guns I would advise against it. In England if several crims are attacking you, punching you repeatedly in the head for example and I was to stamp on the knee of one of my would be attackers I would face a prison sentence for assault, the crims still have guns and we aren't allowed to defend ourselves. Wake up America, this will only serve to make you fear society and beg the state for protection. It is a vile and corrupt law.

  • BO just got owned

  • "If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power." --- President Dwight D. Eisenhower

Isn't it amazing how Eisenhower predicted the rise of the fascist Tea Party almost 50 years to the day that they emerged like a blight on America?

  • @PalemoonSun The Tea Party is not a political party and was never meant to be a political party. The TP also opposes big government and is in many ways the opposite of fascism (unlike Progressives). The real problem with the TP is that they're not very consistent. They oppose socialist Obamacare but don't oppose Socialst Security.

  • @PissedFechtmeister They only oppose economic government intervention as far as my personal experience goes, they think drugs should be illegal, prayer in schools, etc.

  • @TheHerbulator I can't completely deny that. There are people like Ron Paul who oppose the drug war and don't want prayers in school, etc. Rand Paul is similar to his father but seems more willing to dump libertarian principles when they're unpopular. And a lot of the TPers are just neocons riding on the bandwagon for political gain.

  • @PissedFechtmeister The Tea Party abasolutely IS a political party. And you folks call me the ignorant one? LOLOL!! Dick Armey is laughing all the way to the bank shouting "SUCKAS!!!"

Meanwhile, Glenn Beck is counting his more than $200 million he made over the past year as a rich elite windbag who preaching to you and tells you to hate all the other rich elite windbags but him.

  • @PalemoonSun There is a Tea Party political party, but it's got nothing to do with the Tea Party of recent fame. I have no love for Armey or Beck, both being Neo-cons, and I have nothing against rich people.

  • @PissedFechtmeister Your post contradicts itself. You say you have no love for the rich like Armey and Beck and then say you have nothing against those same rich people. Which is it?

  • @PalemoonSun Only in liberal lala-land is there a contradiction. My dislike for Armey and Beck has nothing to do with them being rich.

  • @PissedFechtmeister I suppose you will have to explain what you are talking about then. You say that the Tea Party and the Tea Party are two different things, then go on to state that you don't like the one Tea Party because of the rich people controlling it, i.e. NEOCONS, then you say you have nothing against those same rich people.

  • @PalemoonSun There are (at least) two different organizations going under the name BostonTea Party. There is an actual political party which is a libertarian type party formed because of differences with the Libertarian Party, particularly the nomination of Bob Barr. Pretty much nobody talks about them There are the Tea Parties which is a fairly unorganized movement but which is being co-opted by neo-cons like Palin, Bachmann, and Armey.

  • @PalemoonSun (cont) I don't have a problem with rich people in general or the accumulation of wealth. I have a problem with the neocon political philosphy. There are certain neocons like Beck and Gingrich whom I dislike on a personal level because of their lies and hypocrisy.

  • @PissedFechtmeister With all due respect, do you know the meaning of Neo-con? It's misunderstood and misused by most people.

Neocon or neo conservatism is a noun meaning moderate political conservatism espoused or advocated by FORMER liberals or socialists. Neocon was first used in modern politics to describe "Reagan Democrats."
