@edwardsweeney24 I imagine it will be busier in the Summer holidays as the kids are off, it's never TOO busy though, it is worth going to see the A380.

Amazing video. There are some great aircraft that fly in to manchester. I live about 5 miles from manchester airport and my house is directly on the flight path so i get a great view of the landings! I only wish some of the bigger airlines would start to bring more of their long haul routes to manchester so we get even more awsome planes.

i went to Manchester aiport to go to Ibiza BUT GUESS HOW LONG OUR THOMSON FLIGHT WAS DELAYED FOR ? Take a very random guess .......

the landing gear has to go up as soon as they know its a postitive climb because the undercarraige can cause drag . . . . the last thing you want on takeoff because it will slow you airspeed right down
