I got surprised there're big fans of Matsumoto in America who loves him deeply enough to perceive that SASUKE is not along his original style of comedy but along American comedy. I'm so proud of him as a Japanese.

@nexagari Yeah, to be honest I really do enjoy his Japanese comedy (even if I still need subtitles to understand him). It was really interesting though to see such a deliberate attempt at American humor, and some of it was actually very good.

this wasnt a Downtown nor Matsumotos production, it wasnt his idea to appeal japanese comedy to american humor. dont blame him, i actually think he did awesome here :P

This was to try to get Americans to see if they like his humor. But in my opinion, he should have shown Japanese skits instead of trying to appeal to the audience by using his style in an american way. It doesn't translate well. If Americans cant see how much of a comic genius he is with his own skits then this won't help either cause it doesn't do him justice. Like i said , you can't do "gaki no tsukai" type skits and show it in an american way. It seems off. Hes a Legend to me with no equal.

@rickbattosai I totally agree dude i mean they should watch all their batsu games and its so hilarious and it makes all your problems and worries will temporary disappear and it gives you a LOT of positive things and removes all negative things if you know what i mean and its stress free this is really helpful to me and healthy I really hoped that they will continue this kind of show to make people laugh and im really really thankfull for it ^^ GAKI RULES

when was this made? kinda makes you ponder how much of a hardworker matsumoto really is. i mean, this is kinda out of the ordinary but he did it anyway. i'm not used seeing him this way, with westerners. with all the western sounds and themes. its different. just different but he's a hardworking comedian, i salute thee, matsumoto
