i might do, i will need to practise quite a lot as well.

After a few goes, it soon comes back to you, Then you could ring rounds or something. How long have you not been ringing for? and how long had you been ringing for?

Sadly, yes. My ringing however has improved noticeably since this video was took.

We shout" look to the fall" when we ring down. I can ring down in peel perfectly though get really tense at the end and miss my place catching "Queens"! lol

I reckon the best way to learn to raise and lower in peal is to ring the second bell and follow the leader's hand movements with your own, and of course listen!
