Yeah, he says in a few years or so Riordan will return to the demigod series. You'll probably see Annabeth and Percy, but they probably won't be the main characters. Maybe they'll be living legends or something. :P

I think Rick Riordan will continue the series, just as another demigod, not Percy or Annabeth.

My proof? If you go to the "Acknowledgments" section after the real book in the Last Olympian, you'll see the first sentence is

"As the FIRST Camp Half-blood series draws to a close.." See? I believe he will continue the series, with a new main character instead of Percy and Annabeth. Im upset about even that. Percy & Annabeth were good characters.

I was always a fan of greek mythology. All the Gods the monsters,heroes,superpowers just made it look like a one big superhero comic. When I first read the lighting thief when I was in 5th grade i knew this series was going to be my all time favorite. Today I went to go buy the last book. It's truly amazing that this series has guided me through the world of demigods for 3 years. I will still be the biggest fan after the series is over.
