Dead Rising (Xbox360) vs. Dead Rising (Wii) Review

XBOX360:

Has alot of zombies, everything, EVERYTHING is a gun, and its more fun because you have to survive, not as the wii version where you can beat the game easily.

I never got to finish the wii version because i sold it before i could finish, but it was fun, i have to say.

I got the Wii version which costed me 20 bucks, and i saw the XBOX 360 at 7 bucks.

As agentfire101 said, wii was made for kids. and getting a M rated game for the wii is kind of rare.

But there is alot of differences:

Wii: Zombies dont want to attack you, they barely notice you are there.

You cant kill survivors.

XBOX version has its own engine, the Wii version has the RE4 engine, so because of the guns.

But even though, if you had the wii it was a really fun game.

ok the wii version should have the same amout of diff guns enemys should stay on the floor when dead and not disappear and you should be able to jump in it also but the wii people nintendo who used it for wii fucked it up big time because their retarded and donno how to not fuck up good games

I really don't understand you guys. The game is made by Capcom. Capcom just picked up Resident Evil mod and changed to look like Dead Rising.

I played Dead Rising on 360 and it's a Awesome game. Capcom could make a better wii version if they asked for nintendo for help. I mean, Look at Mario Galaxy. The moves are perfect. If Nintendo really helped capcom to use the full capacity of the system, Frank could Jump, Run, Take photos and more stuff. Of Course with less graphics.

I have played both and dead rising (xbox360) I think is for killing zombies freely and Wii is for the mission, cuase you get more guns than melee

The xbox is better since you can see more zombies, there's more weapons, the guns are better, there isn't any annoying mini bosses, there are multiple endings, and you are more free

I'm going to give an unbiased review based on several things. Graphics -Xbox360. Gameplay- Wii. Aiming- Wii Extras- Wii. Replayability- I'm leaning twords xbox360 for the extra endings but the wii has different difficulty settings.. Realism- Wii Fun- Wii Controls: Wii. Amount of zombies on screen: Xbox360. So I go for the wii. Although they're pretty much the same in almost every way. So if you like graphics better then gameplay go for xbox360.

the wii one is gay because u have to save survivors and can only do special moves when given the chance, in the 360 you can disembowel zombies as much as you want.btw the wii vesion u cant jump + u can buy all of the guns from resident evil 4 , 360 is way better because wayyyyyyyy more zombies

@Shadowninja109 In the 360 version you lose your guns when your flat outta ammo, the transciver doesn't go off nearly as much, everything can kill, so no need to get picky, more save slots *the 360 had 1* and the difficulty settings.

If you only have a Wii buy Resident Evil 4 instead and do not support crap like Chop Till You Drop, it was developed by TOSE on behalf of Capcom and made a mockery of Wii, especially in light of games like Spartan Total Warrior on the Gamecube and playable tech demos like 128 Marios.
