as much as I do like the video, I woud understand why they wouldn't release it. Perhaps it could be considered a little TOO pretentious, and I'm sure that's something they wanted to steer clear of.

And in my own opinion; though I love seeing bands perform in their videos, there's something about cutting to Jesse every so often that takes away from the weight of the song.

I feel like this song has more meaning on its own than with a video. Some of their songs should have music vid's to accompany them, but his is one with far too many references that are far too deep to bring up in a music video.

@Sdozeman exactly, it's so deep and means so many different things to so many people, that people are better of interpreting it for themselves and even guessing what the meaning is. makes the song more powerful imo
